My wife just called me. She had an ultrasound done this morning. We are having twin girls. All seems healthy. Any suggestion names? I will post pictures asap. Thanks for all the prayers and support.
I think there are really only a few names that are acceptable for strippers. :^) You don't want to hear, "And now fellas, please welcome Bertha to stage #3, and don't forget about Gladys over there in the Champagne Room!"
LOL. Shannon ____itis.
Apple and Rocco?
We call our 3 boys (and I really hope no one takes offense at this)
tard
retard
retarded
Except the one we call tater salad (boy does that make him mad!)
Freeperella, Freeperetta
LOL. I love the part about it taking four to six years to process! My dad actually told my husband when he first approached him that he would think about it and let him know in a few years!
Exactly!
My friend's brother wanted to name his daughter Heaven Lee. Now THAT is a stripper name!
LMAO! We use the word yingyang for people we think are idiots, for instance dad went to work and talked to yingyangs. It has been twisted to our children as Ying 1, Ying 2 and Ying 3.
Years ago in Texas, I knew twin sisters named Cinnamon and Candy.
Yes, they were hot...
Awesome news! Boy, are you in for it! Just wait for 16-17 years down the road! I say that because my beautiful daughter is 16, and there is a lot to worry about...totally different worries than with boys. That's my husband's consensus, too! Please tell your wife that my prayers are with you both for a continued healthy pregnancy!
My daughter has a friend named Hillary (23 years old) and she has that same problem.
Somehow over time....it got twisted.
Here's some useless trivia.....

Course...that might not go with whatever your last name is. Those two names are older names...and not all that common. Two of my Great Aunts were named...Nora and Marie
Congrats on your news..!!
FRegards,
Ar-15 and AK-47
Check the names closely, the "Ima Hogg" in your source (http://userpages.aug.com/charlie6/Hogg-001.htm) has different parents listed than the famous one who was the wealthy daughter of a TX governor (http://www.tsha.utexas.edu/handbook/online/articles/view/HH/fho16.html).
In the urban legend you mentioned, the daughter's never married, which is true of the governor's only daughter, but the one in your source married and had a child, while the Ura in your source also never married, having died at age 5, which again casts doubts on the story of the legend(which implies they were old widows because of their name.)
The Ura listed in your source is shown as being born in 1908, while the governor's daughter was born in 1882, so perhaps this Ima was a copycat name and the Ura name an additional attempt at humor by a loser nobody dad. Was enough to get the myth started, and confuse some people into thinking the famous Ima had a sister. But also note that the Ima in your source is the only person listed without a birthdate (which makes me think the document is a fake put forth as a joke.)
They may not like boys right now, but that is sure to change in just a few quick years!
