Heads up, sportsfans.. Bobby "Sheets" Byrd will be speaking live at noon, EST on C-span 3, and also webcast. C-span 's website states that Durbin, Kennedy, and Schumer will accompany him. Not sure if they will also speak. Will Byrd sink to new lows. He called the GOP Hitlers and Nazis on the Senate floor last week. What's left? "Klingons?"

judges should get 60 votes ....as in need to have to be confirmed .....Isn't that non-constitutional?

Kennedy was just flat lying about Pryor keeping people from voting if he is voted in---
When I was seeing Byrd up there and people cheering, I thought I was watching a Ku Klux Klan meeting!!!! and I bet HE thought he was at one the old coot!!!

She does not recognize any chairman of Judiciary except Leahy. I wish we didn't have to recognize the one we've got. And Babs, the only Senators from California I recognize are John Seymour and Pete Wilson.
