Out of these 100, I've heard at least 30 of them, about 15-20 enough to be a reasonable judge of their show.
My favorites from this list are Phil Valentine, Michael Medved, Rush, and Laura Ingraham (I don't get to hear her often, though).
Did your favorites make the list?
But they did put Phil Hendrie on the list, so they're not completely lame.
Not sure if they are listed in order, but Jerry was at the top of the list.
I notice there are no liberals listed, only conservatives and "progressives"......really?
Ed Shultz is on the list? That guy doesn't have but 50 dem. nutcases listening to him as he just makes up stuff out of thin air.
This list is idiotic. First of all, it excludes Steve Malzberg and includes Lionel! Moreover it calls Lionel "impossible to categorize politically"??? HAHAHA! do they not know how to spell "Left-wing"?
Wow. Until a recent shift of Phil Hendrie to their sister station, KFI here in So Cal had their entire day & evening lineup in the TALKERS100!
WHERE IS DENNIS PRAEGER???????
THere are two that I like that didn't make the list:
Hugh Hewitt and Dennis Prager
I have a hard to seeing Jim Rome on the list.
I love sports talk shows, but his is NOT good!!
PING!
Too bad they ignored you and Hugh Hewitt.
No Quinn?
Many of my faves did: Tammy Bruce, Jerry Doyle, Rusty Humphries, Laura Ingraham, G Gordon Liddy, Mike Medved, and best of all, Dr. Michael Savage.
Still, no Dennis Prager hurts. And no mention of the mesmerizing Roy Masters. Can't win 'em all.
Nice seeing Bob Grant ('NYC Talk Show Legend') and Mancow on the list, though I don't listen to their shows since I don't get either in Las Vegas.
My best guess is that the list is probably hustled quite a bit by publicists and some syndicator bribery...
But the big thrill is an interview with God's own emissary to the Cape, the Drunken Driver, The Swimmer, The Obese One, Teddy Kennedy! If swill is your favorite beverage, partake heartily of this foul brew!
thanks.
still #1 rush.
still #1 in her category: dr laura schlessinger, always on the money. treats men and women equally. real feminist.
probably one of the most intelligent people on the air: dennis praeger--but he's not listed.
sean hannity has a positive attitude which i like, uplifting , in a sick world.
up and coming: todd schnitt, good show.
others i like a lot: bill handel, phil hendrie, roger hedgecock, glenn beck, laura ingraham, tammy bruce, jim cramer, michael medved, al rantel, tom sullivan, howard clark, barry young.
lars larson, i have to listen to because when i go to bed there's only lars and neal boortz--both bore me. gallagher, going down, no longer listen. humpheries--ick.
i used to like peter weisbach but rarely hear him now--not on list.
michael savage is too angry, a democrat trojan horse?
imess, ick.
john + ken show should be renamed the john show. sux most of the time.
Wow, two Nashville hosts -- Steve Gill and Phil Valentine. I also see Darryl Ankarlo on the list, who was a morning show guy in Nashville about five years ago.
I lived in Nashville for about six years (until '99) and really liked the talk radio scene there, especially Phil Valentine during the evening commute.
the list is bogus
the great levin WABC 6-8 pm is not mentioned
I can't believe they put Bill Cunningham on the list, but left off Mike McConnell, who is a much better host.
No Paul Harvey? Any list with Paul Harvey is a total sham.
There are many I like, and one I never miss...Dave Ramsey.
I was bowled over to see Jerry Doyle, Babylon-5's Mr. Garibaldi, is doing talk radio now.
I was disappointed that Madison's Very Own Vicki McKenna didn't make the list. She's local on WIBA in Madison but I think she's my favorite talk host.
I don't really get how a fanatic that the fanatics over in DUmmie-Land don't seem too enthused over makes the list. That would be Al Frankin.
