Onyx's husband fell thru a glass door and severed an artery in his arm this morning. He almost bled to death while waiting for 911 to come, but they made it.
They've been at the hospital since noon, with him in and out of surgery. They are back in surgery now, with 3 surgeons trying to repair a lot of torn and severed veins and archeries. He's lost a lot of blood, they've given him 6 pints so far.
It's very complicated, but those are the basics.
They will be in my prayers.

Every time I did, I said whispered a little prayer.
NOW is a Praise The Lord moment if I've ever seen one.

This accident is still giving me the shivers.
Oh after about 26 hrs awake you will be having cognitive ability lapses Onyx. LOL I have had many days awake in my 25 yrs of being KV's careprovider.
Ya need to take the ativan the doc gave you and get some sleep. Trust me.
It is a horrible feeling to be sleep deprived.
Get some rest even if it is to lay down close your eyes and not really sleep deep.

Who'd think he would have a two artery shoulder were there should only be one in the rest of us. Talk about custom design when ya need it.: )
