Freepers Launch First Jacksonville, Florida "Coffee Freeper Get-Together" !

The Jacksonville, FL Freepers are pleased to announce our first ever Coffee Get-Together! We met on February 27th, Sunday afternoon at 2pm , at the Panera's on Blanding Avenue. This was done on very short notice. Present for the hour or so Coffee Klatsch were Chieftain,OXENinFla; Dutchgirl, Naomi4 and Recovering Ex-Hippie. Several other Freepers wanted to join us but had other committments that Sunday.

We had a great time sharing memories of our pre-election exploits and discussing the political future. We had come together during the Presidential campaign, yet were scattered far and wide after our brief valiant efforts.

We encourage other Freeper chapters to try this once a month casual get together! Our next meeting is scheduled for Sunday, March 27th ( the last Sunday of the month, 2pm. If you live in the greater Jax area and would like to join us or hear about future get togethers, freep mail me and I'll give you directions.

There was also some interest here in the March 19th Freep in St Augustine. If you are inteerested in joining us, Freepmail me or Chieftain.

At last! Your feedback on our Jax Coffee Get together.

Again, since last August, my ability to travel beyond my own neighborhood and spend time away from home is severely limited.
