This is a breaking news situation.
A man entered a courtroom in the Fulton County Courthouse this morning and shot a Fulton County Sheriff's deputy, a clerk and a judge; there are reports from both WSB and WAGA, the judge is deceased.
The perp has carjacked multiple vehicles -- now on his third -- and is still at large.
I've just come from downtown Atlanta, and the city is a madhouse.
Title or not, you are free to discount whatever I, or anyone else says. Doesn't bother me a bit.
This IS America, after all.
Because I think drugs suck? Because I had a cousin who died from a cocaine overdose?

ALL OF THIS HAPPENING BECAUSE WE HAVE TO BE POLITICALLY CORRECT IN THE COURTROOMS NOW. NO HANDCUFFS, NO SHACKELS, NO ORANGE JUMPSUIT. SO THE JURY WON'T BE PREJUDICED!!!!
Well, the next jury (if this guy lives and is brought to trial) won't care if the guy is brought in naked! There will be prejudice, and it will be PC (POSITIVELY CORRECT)!

This guy seems to be rabid and on a rampage. It won't surprise me if he gives them a reason.

The question isn't about whether drugs suck, it's about whether that man was guilty. I just hate to see good people make excuses to not participate in the jury system, and then complain about jury decisions.
Do you mean they found the car abandoned and the hostage was in the trunk, or is he still using that car and there is a hostage in the trunk?
Err, "really"? Isn't that the point of the trial, to determine whether or not that's true?
On a list of things to do if ever kidnapped and put into a car trunk is to kick out the tail light and stick your hand/arm outside and wave. Driver can't see this but other drivers can and can get help.
