A pox on the MSM for leaving our heroes unsung.

Prayers offered to the hero and thanks for his deeds.

And thanks to Ma Deuce.
90 years old but when she talks everyone listens.

A man hath no greater love than he lay down his life for his friends. [I maybe wrong on this quote but it still fits!]

This is for all of the HEROS serving everywhere!

More needs to be told about these brave troops. There are countless more being given the silver star and bronze star. Heroes are among us and the we don't know. When I read this article it reinforced my feeling that our country still generates great, selfless people willing to give their all for their buddies, unit, branch and country. Although I feel great sadness for the loss of these troops I do feel proud to live in a country that generates such great citizens. Bless them all. I'll never forget what they have done.

Smith is slated to posthumously receive the nation's highest medal for bravery. His widow, Birgit, says military officials have told her that President Bush will soon present the first Medal of Honor of the Iraq war to Smith at a White House ceremony

Smith is to become the first US soldier to recieve Congressional Medal of Honor.

The same place they always have. The United States of America. From the Red states and the Blue state. There is hope for us yet, that we can still produce them.
