I know I am late to the thread, but I too saw him turn QUICKLY to his left then back around to the right and he waved to someone while turned.....

I have back pain...I know back pain....I have herniated disc and probable degenerative disc disease in my lower back.....

turning that quickly in both directions and raising your arm would be extremely painful if not altogether impossible .....

I bet Rush is going crazy today. Between the Jackson story and the Clinton surgery. I can't get him on my radio here today due to some interference. Anybody listening?

Well, he has done this in the past. He played sick in past trials.

This all might have been his lawyer's attempt to shake up Jackson's victim, a mind-game of sorts.

When I saw his face he had that look of someone how had a shot of Demerol, kind of blank and out of it. So who knows, maybe that was masking abit of his pain. Depending on if he did have some strong meds in him

Entertainer Michael Jackson displays his right arm in this undated photo released by the office of attorney Mark Geragos. Jackson said during an interview on ``60 Minutes,'' aired Sunday Dec. 28, 2003 that he was bruised and his shoulder dislocated because of jailers' rough treatment, and that he was locked in a feces-smeared restroom for 45 minutes after he asked to use the facilities. Santa Barbara County Sheriff Jim Anderson said Wednesday Dec. 31, 2003 Jackson was treated ``with the utmost respect and courtesy'' during his arrest and booking Nov. 20 on suspicion of child molestation and was ``in no way manhandled or abused.'' I have compassion for people who actually are hurt and sick.

Jackson pulls this crap all the time whenever he is about ready to go to court.

Good question.

Imagine a white entertainer having a lip job and a fuzzy wig and acting strange.

The libs would have a fit.

I simply think he has needed serious psychiatric help for a LONG time. Yes he has likely hurt children and look at what he has done to himself. I wonder why he wasn't put into a mental ward.

He hasn't because he has been surrounded by enablers, including the media.

He is more coldly calculating than I think you realize. I have compassion, but I also have a fine sense of right and wrong plus a respect for the law and disdain for celebrities getting away with what the average citizen does not.

I am not being sarcastic here. I have found it puzzling to know exactly HOW to pray for 'the likes of MJ'.

I don't want to fall into the trap of trying to tell God Almighty what is wrong with MJ, nor do I want to presume that I KNOW what God should do to/for MJ. Along these same lines, I find it very difficult to pray for my enemies.

The closest thing I have found to a satisfactory way to pray for my enemies (and I think that it could apply here to MJ) is to pray a version of the Serenity Prayer.

Something like this: God, grant MJ the serenity to accept the things he cannot change. The courage for MJ to change the things he can change. And, grant MJ the wisdom to know the difference.

I also use this prayer when I see car accident victims or see ambulances rushing to and fro. It is a simple request for God to help the wounded and sick get through their predicament.

I feel sorry for Michael Jackson. Sorry that no adult EVER apparently tried to help him or give him sound advice. And now it's too late.

Nope. He had some who gave him sound advice. When aides or friends gave him advice he didn't want to hear, they were outa there. Completely his call. Lord knows there were more than enough willing to do his bidding.
