SAN PABLO, Calif. -- A 12-year-old boy has been charged with felony forced oral copulation in the assault of a 14-year-old girl, police said Monday.
The boy, whose name was not released because he is a juvenile, was among four boys who allegedly tackled the girl Thursday on the playground at Helms Middle School, said San Pablo police Sgt. Mark Foisie.
The three boys allegedly held the girl down as the 12-year-old assaulted her, Foisie said.
The other suspects, two 13-year-olds and a 14-year-old, were released pending further investigation. All four are students at the school, police said.
where were the teachers???

I didn't know middle schools even had playgrounds. Ours don't. Was this during the school day?
Kids need the right to bear arms.
Effing animals! Where were the teachers and school administrators?
(sigh!) I would have no problem is that kid and her parents sued the pants off that school, including the school board, principal, teachers, and the parents of the thugs involved (even IF the brat goes to jail - which he should)
And the aforementioned stupids need to be replaced by people who have at least one brain cell apiece.
Had that been my kid there'd be so much hell to pay that the gound would tremble!

Our Middle Schools don't have playgrounds either, they have tracks and black tops and basketball courts. Hard to see how this happened during school unless they dragged her off somoewhere.
Kids were all just putting into practice what they'd been taught in their mandatory sex ed class.
Considering the lack of morals and ethics by parents, we shouldn't be surprised that children are following in the parents footsteps as horrible and atrocious as that may be.
I'm betting the boys involved don't have stable adult males in their family lives.
Not only would my son never even contemplate something like this, he'd have knocked the sh*t out of these little thugs.
They were just exploring their sexuality according to NEA guidelines.
the scary part is, these little monsters will probably get light sentences due to their age, be out on the streets again in their 20s, and no doubt will commit this sort of crime again.

My idea exactly. They might beat her up, but the next guy's gonna be a little hesitant to get quite that intimate with her.
