CINCINNATI -- Police say a Cincinnati man raped a 3-year-old girl and broadcast it live on the Internet, according to Cincinnati TV station WLWT.

Paul A. Kraft

Paul A. Kraft was arrested Tuesday night and charged with two counts of rape and one count of pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor

Kraft, 31, is being held in the Hamilton County Justice Center. His bond was set Wednesday at $750,000. Kraft faces up to 28 years in prison if convicted.

A tip from the Secret Service to the Regional Electronic and Computer Investigations Unit resulted in Kraft's arrest, according to the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office. Undercover Secret Service agents said they made contact with Kraft in a sex site chat room.

They said Kraft told them they could watch him have sex with a 3-year-old old live on the Internet.

Secret Service and local authorities arrested Kraft at his home Tuesday night and executed a search warrant on his home and computer. Investigators are continuing to examine the computer.

RECI is a task force of sheriff's deputies and Cincinnati police officers.

Words simply cannot desribe such a despicable and evil person. I'm at a loss for words. I'm glad he's ugly.

Any word on this poor child? How did this sicko get alone with someone's 3 year old? Was it a girlfriend's child? Is the child even alive after this animal got through with her?

That poor baby. I hope this guy suffers in prison.

Secret services has jurisdiction over internet crimes. That's why Paris Hilton's cell phone book was investigated by Secret Service as well.

Why is that? Why wasn't the FBI given jurisdiction? I think half of our policing problems is that we have 50 different agencies that handle different areas.

When I read stuff like this, I begin to realize that some humans are no longer human, they have devolved.

I don't last on these threads. I can't. I have 6 children and to think of someone doing this to a little child, is more than I can take.

God bless this angel amongst us.

I just need 3 things:

1) Round trip ticket STL-CVG-STL.

2) A loaded revolver.

3) $200 for miscellaneous expenses.

I'd gladly take care of this "person" if I'm given all of the above.

pump him full of amphetamines

If the wounds are cauterized then he won't bleed out. The amphetamines will help keep him alive and stimulate his Centreal Nervous System, which will help him enjoy every microsecond of his torture.

Of course, what would be really cruel and unusually would be to give him morphine and let him sleep for a few days - partially recover, then start it all over again.

This process could be done over-and-over again almost indefinately. He would have to be restrained in his sleep, from wanting to end his torture too soon.

I have a three year old grandaughter and I can just picture how frightened this little girl would be.

Dear God help us put this man away for good!

Whoa - you all have come up with some ingenious punishments - I want you on Supreme Court.
I will donate a box of salt along with rusty serrated knife.
Can anyone doubt that Satan's agents are among us?

There are some people who deserve to die and this guy is one of them. The way our system works he'll only serve 10 years if this was his first offense. It's sickening that groups like NAMBLA and their supporters encourage disgusting acts like this and call it love.Instead of killing Terri the courts should concentrate on exterminating scum like this.

use a whopping big dose of LSD

That's a nice addition. He'd be so whooped up on acid that after a while, you wouldn't have to actually torture the guy and he would be freaking out.

Run a table saw and apply a moderate amount of sensation to his leg and he'd think hsi leg was coming off.

This also could be kept up indefinately.

After a while you could let him out on the street. He'd end up as a home-less guy urinating on himself in the park, mumbling about CIA tortures.

What ranks as the slowest, cruelest, most excruciatingly painful method of death, I wonder?

I vote for fire ants. Stake this POS on a fire ant bed.

Fire ants

Symptoms

Some people experience a generalized allergic reaction to a fire ant sting including hives, swelling, nausea, vomiting, and shock. People exhibiting these symptoms after being stung should seek medical attention immediately. Death can occur in hypersensitive people.

The sting is characterized by a severe burning sensation. Each sting usually results in the formation of a pustule within 6 to 24 hours. The majority of stings are uncomplicated, but secondary infections may occur if the pustule is broken, and scars may last for several months. Severe infections requiring skin grafting or amputation have been known to occur. Sensitive individuals can swell up as a result of stings and occasionally die.

Reaction to fire ant stings is similar to reaction to the stings of bees, wasps, hornets and yellow jackets. The overwhelming majority of fire ant stings are medically uncomplicated, but evidence shows that people hypersensitive to fire ants are more likely to be hypersensitive to other venomous insects.

Anyone stung and displaying marked symptoms of hives, weakness, dizziness, wheezing, shortness of breath or confusion should be given immediate medical attention.
