AUSTIN- Gov. Rick Perry has signed a concealed handgun agreement with Pennsylvania, the Texas Department of Public Safety announced Monday.
The agreement allows Pennsylvania residents with concealed-handgun licenses to legally carry their weapons in Texas. In return, those licensed to carry handguns in Texas are allowed to take them to Pennsylvania.
Texas also has reciprocity agreements with the following states: Arkansas, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, Wyoming, Colorado and North Dakota.
I sent my application in January 3, 2005 and eight weeks later it is still being processed. Prepare to wait a little while.

Subject: Scrapple
Plain Old Pennsylvania Dutch Scrapple
Ingredients
1/2 pound chopped raw pork
1-1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 cup corn meal 1 medium onion, chopped
1-1/4 quarts water
Directions
Brown onion slowly in a little fat. Add meat, seasoning and water.
Cook at simmering point 20 minutes. Add corn meal and cook over
medium heat for one hour. Turn into loaf pan and cool. Cut in slices
and fry in fat until brown. Serve with gravy or tomato sauce.
What I want to know is why they bother with good meat. Why not just sit and sip capsaicin or lick the stove and wash the burn with saltwater and alcohol?
Darn it! L0L I was thinking 4-6 weeks!
Alabama is bad too.
Actually, I have always held that gun laws if nothing else would prevent SCOTUS from forcing states to recognize gay marriage, civil unions whatever. Ron Paul has ay least a couple times introduced A bill to apply "full faith and credit to carry laws. It would be worth it to call Bob and Steve Mr and (Mrs?) if I get to pack heat in Boston.
I think R. E. Lee already tried to do that at Gettysburg
"Save your Confederate money, the South will rise again."
Some would say that it already has, what with Bush in the White House and all. :)
And Frito Pie, the Texas redneck casserole!
Glad to see this post. Thank you.
Anyone know where Alabama stands on cc? What kind of atmosphere obtains?
North Carolina? Looking for a place where Seniors could legally make themselves less vulnerable.
Never forget, W was born right here in Connecticut and his father was born in Massachusetts, believe it or not.
Now aint that something when a Congressman has to introduce a bill that would make the US Constitution actually apply to the united States and it gets nowhere?
Yes, but you'll note that he left CT and moved to Texas as soon as he could, and he grew up in Midland-Odessa, TX. Sometimes God has a little fun and sends little Texans to parents outside Texas.
"I wasn't born in Texas, but I got here as soon as I could!"
