Betsy Hoffman Submits Resignation To Regents
The president of the University of Colorado-Boulder has submitted her resignation, effective June 30, or as soon as a replacement is named.
"It has become clear to me that, amid the serious matters the University of Colorado now confronts, my role as the leader of the University has become an issue. It appears to me it is in the Universitys best interest that I remove the issue of my future from the debate so that nothing inhibits CUs ability to successfully create the bright future it so deserves," Hoffman said in letter to the Board of Regents.
"It has been my honor and privilege to serve as president of the University of Colorado. We have accomplished great things, the controversies of the past year notwithstanding," she wrote.
The letter was submitted Monday morning.

Thats cool, but not the resignation most of us really want to see.
If she was going to leave.....she should have taken Chief Wannabe with her.
I wonder if the board forced the resignation...
She should have fired the a$$hole, then resigned.

She is also the one that believes that the "C" word can be used as a term of endearment.
So, they're tossing people off the troika to the baying wolves behind. How special... looks like they want to protect Ward to the end.
"She is also the one that believes that the "C" word can be used as a term of endearment."
By resigning she sure endeared herself with me.
