Hillary Clinton and Senators Plan Own Trip to Pyongyang: Sources

SEOUL, March 7 (Yonhap) -- Hillary Clinton and four other U.S. senators are working to arrange their own trip to Pyongyang to meet with North Korean leader Kim Jong-il, sources here said Monday.

"U.S. senators such as Hillary Clinton and Chuck Hagel have always been interested in North Korean issues," said Lee Young-tak, a secretary to the chairman of the minor opposition Millennium Democratic Party (MDP), Han Hwa-kap.

The MDP chairman also heads the Asian side of the Asia-U.S. Network, a forum of lawmakers from both continents, and has been supporting the U.S. senators' plan to visit both Koreas.

"They are working to get approval from the U.S. administration while people like (former secretary of state) James Baker are working to help the arrangement," Lee told Yonhap news agency.

The remarks came after Philippe Reines, a press secretary to Sen. Clinton, said "no such trip has been discussed or planned," in a letter to the Yonhap News Agency.

Officials at the South Korean party, however, said this may be because no firm schedule has been set.

"They are very uncomfortable with the news reports about their trip because they are still working on arranging it," Lee said.

The MDP chairman is also scheduled to meet U.S. Ambassador to Seoul Christopher Hill on Monday at the latter's request, according to the party officials, to discuss a plan by five U.S. senators, including Republican Conrad Burns of Montana and Hagel of Nebraska, to visit Pyongyang.

MDP spokesman Yoo Jong-pil said the party chairman has not personally met the former first lady to deliver an invitation to make the North Korea trip, but said there have been discussions between the two to that end.

The United States and South Korea have been trying to defuse North Korea's latest nuclear dispute in three rounds of six-party talks that also involve Japan, China, Russia and North Korea.

The talks were frozen in June as North Korea refused to return to the negotiating table, citing what it calls U.S. hostility.

"These senators, including Hillary Clinton, have been known for their interest in North Korea, and we are hoping their visit to Pyongyang will help North Korea wash away some of its doubts about U.S. policy toward it," said Lee.

Philippe Reines is a bald-faced liar.

I'd make the North Koreans a deal: You can keep your nukes as long as you keep Hillary.

Undermining the United States has always been consisent with this witch. That Chuck Hagel would join her is not surprising either.

Isn't this against Constitutional law? Isn't diplomacy the job of the Executive branch? Oh yea, I forgot, the Supreme Court doesn't care about the Constitution anymore.

ABSOLUTELY.

But hillary smells money. Just like billy used coffees in OUR WHITE HOUSE to lobby the red chinese for BIG BUCKS, so this horror of a human being, trying to bolster her foreign experience resume for a run for our Presidency (the babe who STOLE our heritage from OUR White House to use as her personal holdings---paintings, silverware, YOU NAME IT-cold day in hades when we EVER LET that immoral marxist horror, Saul Alinsky's protege, back into OUR White House where she can once again order our precious military to empty her cat's litter box).

She will be making side promises, with directions for money deposits, with our enemy. Of course she will. She wants all of us in matching uniforms...after all....nobody can run this great big American village better than a woman who demands that SS agents 'carry her bags' and who can sit in a vehicle she is riding in, that HITS an officer guarding an airport gate, and NOT EVEN BOTHER TO GET OUT OF THE CAR, not BOTHER TO MOVE HER BIG FAT ARSE, and tend to this man....She is our own WACO BABE, and what happened there and to Elain is a mere inkling of what life under this would be dictator would be.

I certainly hope she doesn't want any of our taxes to send her over there to undermine our president or country; I certainly don't want her to have any.

Since this is a secure line, I can tell you that the CIA will have Hillie carry some secret audio and video recording/transmitting devises. If they allow her to visit certain secure areas, she'll be able to plant these transmitters. If all really goes well, she'll be able to plant a voice activated transmitter in Kim's office that should have a life span of about 6 months. She will take at least two aides with her who will also plant devises including radiation counters. The Commies will never suspect that a kindred spirit is actually working for the CIA!

LOL!

Or they will discuss the U.S. outsourcing the pantsuit industry to North Korea thereby continuing to put a smile on Hillary's face. Actually I think the word is that she just heard a new Bed and Breakfast opened up, and this one actually has a light in it. Only comes on when the nuke plant is fired up.

Perhaps Hillary could discreetly implant a tracking device in Kim Jong-Il, via the Lewinsky method.

UPI is reporting - "Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton, D-N.Y., Sunday denied a Korea Times report she might visit North Korea this year."

Maybe the State Dept said NO! I'm guessing, but it could be true.
