~ Welcome To The FReeper Canteen's Music Dedication ~

Welcome to the Canteen's All Male Music Review!

If you would like to request music, please do so on the thread, via FReepmail, or email us at musicrequests@canteenusa.com . All music will be removed on Monday. No exceptions. If you're caught hotlinking to our Dedication, we will ban your ISP. Thank you!

When requesting music, we ask that you give us either your initials, FReeper name, nickname, or location. Thank you!

As always, this Canteen Music Dedication is for our Troops, Veterans, and their families to enjoy. Its merely a way to offer a little entertainment to our brave heroes and their families. If you don't see anything you like, that's what the request option is for!

Don't worry, if they are lurking, they probably have called in sick at times too. :)

Thanks for the blast from the past...doesn't get any better than Run DMC! Makes me yearn for the days of my fat shoelaces in my shell-topped Adidas.

I have already forwarded it to my E-mail list.

That is not a big list but sometimes things do move quickly.

Some of the images were great, but other than the 1 old song, the music was quite foreign to me.

Since I'm new to the thread, I was at first wondering, hmm, what does this poster mean? How do I respond?

Believe me, after almost a year and half here, I'm STILL wondering that!! LMBO!!!

I had a hard time trying to figure out the tunes myself, the only one I recognized was the last one.

I posted it because of the video, because it shows the fine work our troops do in Iraq.

I always wonder if there is anyone I know that may be a Freeper. So far, I met a friend of my sisters. Once I thought, someone was a relative in NJ. The name and the personality fit. So I Freepmailed the poster. Nope, not my relative. But a very kind person just the same.

If you hang around the Canteen long enough you will eventually see a lot of images of our Troops. I have seen some amazing videos posted here from time to time.

Actually the FR.com itself is a treasure chest of such things.
