Here is a bullet item about Tony Blankley:

He described billionaire philanthropist George Soros as "a left wing crank," "a robber baron," "a pirate capitalist" and "a Jew who figured out a way to survive the Holocaust."

It's the first bullet item and it's really out of step with the rest of the screed. "Billionaire philanthropist George Soros"? I mean, Brock couldn't have been more blatant if he'd said "Please go on a date with me, George."

I just had a Epiphany of sorts. A guest on Hardball Katrina vander heuvel just said Just because there were elections in Iraq doesn't mean we are going to have a liberal democracy there any time soon.

You see that is part of the divisiveness that we are experiencing in this country. The dems don't care if there is going to be a democracy in Iraq or the other Arab countries because even if there is, they are going to be right wing democracies.

To the Dems a right wing democracy is more of a problem than a dictatorship. Why would the Dems spend money and risk lives to establish a whole region of right wing democracies ?

This thing could take root and sweep the world and then where would the shadow party be ?

Thank you, as my Dad used to say, "I do my durndest..." Unfortunately, the wife-unit is as bullheaded as a mule... the only compensation to that is that if she actually complains about something, I know it has to be pretty bad. This will heal, given time and rest.

I hope they try a representative republic on for size in Iraq before jumping back into a dictatorship, which is what a "liberal democracy" is : you just get to choose who oppresses you sometimes.

The fact is, the DNC leaders posing as Democrats are not Democrats at all, but Marxists. Zell Miller is a Democrat. There isn't a true Democracy anywhere in the WORLD that is Leftist enough for modern frauds-posing-as-Democrats.

And the Liberal Democrats? They will continue to be wrong, wrong, wrong. They offer nothing positive, but oppose whatever the GOP propose. They think they aren't far enough left yet, LOLOL! (Example: Howard Dean new DNC leader).

They can't figure out why they keep losing elections here, and I am loving it.

It's not "vast". It's well financed, and they do everything they can to look "vast", but it's small. Most are on the payroll and young. It's hard to get older wiser folks to go gung ho about such outdated, worn out ideas. Soros is yesterday. If he stopped putting out cash, his "believers" would evaporate.
