I started out in catering (after Martha of course)

I'm not in the business any longer due to my husbands death, but I can tell you to be sure and search for the right spot. A B&B can only be successful if there are things for people to do in the area. Your moving around a bit is probably a "good thing" so you will have an idea as to where you wish to ultimately settle.
Keep your dream alive by learning as much as you can beforehand and you will be fine.

But with Martha, lib 'goddess' though she may be, the fact is this is all the sentence she got. This was all the judge gave out. She served her time. It's done. She should have gotten more than this slap on the wrist. She should have been seriously sentenced, and was not. But this was her sentence. And she's done her time.
I've seen those. I thought they were an advertisement for conjugal visits.
So, because it's unfair that other people know stuff that you don't, they should go to jail?
Up until about two weeks ago (when I got acknowledged her release date) my tagline was 'FreeMartha.' You wouldn't believe the number of posts/FReepmails I received asking if I was referencing Martha Mitchell or Martha Stewart. I even rec'd one FReepmail saying that he too was a big fan of Martha Quinn (of early MTV)...LOL...there is only one MARTHA!!!

Thank you. Moving has had it's advantages, although I don't have any idea where we could end up eventually. Right now I've starting retaking cake decorating classes, because I'd forgotten some of the basics. Once we moved to England, I discovered antiques and stopped working on cake decorating. Oops!

The lie, if you want to call it that, had to do with the other guys case, not hers.
And it was a misrepresentation that a test was performed personally, when it was apparently mostly done by another lab assistant. He was just taking full responsibility for the test and the legal beagles caught the error and made it into a hill of beans.
Will Eleanor Smeal, Donna Shalala, Hillary Clinton and the like be waiting to celebrate with Stewart? Heh, heh. ...maybe, in the shadows.
A lie on the stand is still perjury, anything else is just Clintonism. At the very least she shoudl get a new trial.

That is why the complaint was tossed. The lie as you call it was not pertaining to the verdict and the verdict it was associated with was not hers.
