What's Wrong w/Rush Today?

Posted on 03/03/2005 10:15:22 AM PST by Joann37

I just turned on the radio, and Rush said he was in a "foul" mood, and would no longer talk about it. Since that's the first I tuned in, I don't know what he meant. He doesn't often get really upset, so I'm wondering what's got his goat today?

Rush was trashing CNN yesterday over ratings. She might not have like it.

I wondered about Rush doing that on yesterday's show.

Word to the wise

Dont date CNN anchors

• Conservative radio kingpin Rush Limbaugh, 53, who announced his separation from his third wife, Marta, in early June, is dating CNN anchor Daryn Kagan, 41, a spokesman for Limbaugh has confirmed to us. The two were spotted at a party Limbaugh co-hosted at a New York restaurant, where guests included Vice President Cheney, New York Gov. George Pataki and Sen. Bill Frist. The coupling came as a surprise to some friends who consider the Atlanta-based Kagan part of the liberal media axis and a feminist -- but, then again, opposites attract. Kagan, who has been with CNN for 10 years, hosts "CNN Live Today," which airs from 10 a.m. to noon, ending just in time to catch her sweetie's three-hour radio show.

Maybe this is his problem

He said he didn't even know why he was in such a foul mood. Maybe it's because some other broadcasters are stealing and using his sound bites.

I don't know. Rush gets to do to her what liberals have been doing to the country for fifty years.

I don't know sleeping with a feminist could be fun.

Wait until she is under you and cannot move, then whisper in her ear seductively, "I thought all feminists were gay."

Hold on for dear life.

Dennis Prager is almost always in a happy mood, especially durring "The Happiness Hour", the happiest hour on the radio.

I don't know what's wrong other than I can't listen to him because of a vast left wing conspiracy known as afternoon baseball.

What other choice does she have? Do you think liberal women really want to sleep with guys like this?

Actually, when Rush is ticked off is usually when he's at his best. They'll typically put some liberal on there to really get his goat and then he'll start into one of his classic rants that show just how totally right-on he is. I love it when he takes the gloves off.

I suspect Hannity has good reason to be frustrated with Freepers. The people who post here are erudite and intelligent, for the most part. They've probably pegged his reasoning abilities in previous threads. He's a pop star, not a thinker. Hannity's values are good, but he really shouldn't try to take on intelligent liberals. He ends up calling them things like "a phony hypocrit" (in contrast to a genuine hypocrit, I suppose), a "big lib", etc.

His phone call with Ed Anser's wife was just sad. She was obviously brighter than he is and was taking none of it from him. When it comes to disecting arguments and positions, he operates on a junior high level. He's no Rush, and certainly no Medved.
