If you allow trash in, thats what you will get out of the citizenry. I don't like this sentence.
You can allow the best heeled person into your country, and they will prove to be the 'trashiest' of individuals.
I think it plays up to the immigration problems that the US faces. But, an insular comment, nonetheless.
