Unless I am wrong in which case I will have more coffee.

LOL! Actually, I assume you're correct, because several others responded with the same answer.

yes, and also remember, 1989 was ALSO the year that Nick Ceacescu and Yelena were taken out by the popular uprising's representatives...and delivered machine gun bursts and thrown in unmarked graves, probably urinated on by the 'masses' afterwards for their abuse of power and criminal acts.... dictators don't like these things going down

Zechariah 11
Desolation of Israel

Prophecy About the Shepherds
1 Open your doors, O Lebanon,
That fire may devour your cedars.
2Wail, O cypress, for the cedar has fallen,
Because the mighty trees are ruined.
Wail, O oaks of Bashan,
For the thick forest has come down.
3There is the sound of wailing shepherds!
For their glory is in ruins.
There is the sound of roaring lions!
For the pride[a] of the Jordan is in ruins.

Exactley.
Now the libs believe any dreamed up scenario like GW planned 9/11.
But they can't possibly believe that GW's "Have gun will travel" policys toward terroist regimes actually has any effect on sane freedom loving people living under same regimes...they are pathetic and dilusuional.

"These are historic times."

Historic on the right, yes- but on the left, these are hysteric times.

Dodge these:

There is mounting international concern about President George W Bush's grouping together of Iran, Iraq and North Korea as an "axis of evil"

You're wrong.

In 2002, Bush delivered his famous "axis of evil" speech, in which he labeled Iraq, Iran and North Korea as threats to the United States and the world.

You're wrong.

He is the proud father of two-thirds of the term “axis of evil,” the startling climax of Bush's State of the Union address, January 2002. Frum, charged by chief speechwriter Michael Gerson to formulate “the best case for going after Iraq,” produced the term “axis of hatred” to describe Iraq and Iran. Edited by superiors and finally the president himself, Frum's phrase became “axis of evil,” and it was extended to included North Korea.

You're wrong.

An amazing, inspiring, and beautiful post, bray. A terrific piece of writing! I'm bumping it to Jim Rob, as he shouldn't miss it. No one should.

Thanks
I am at work and do not have the time to go that far into it.

One man in my office is from Lebanon and got the word from home right away. Big smiles today. He lost a relative (a bystander) in the bombing.

I agree. Iraq was truly the first domino to fall- and the most important. Look at the election concessions in Egypt and Saudi Arabia. Once people get a taste of freedom, there is no turning back.

Still, there is a long way to go before Lebanon becomes free and prosperous once again.

You gotta start somewhere.
