Terri's Freepers,
Judge George Greer denied Terri's parents' Motion for a Stay to protect their daughter's life while there are still pending issues in this LIFE AND DEATH MATTER. In addition the Department of Children and Family Services made a surprise visit to the court hearing the other day and asked Judge Greer if they could approach the bench. Judge Greer denied DCF the opportunity to speak. DCF asked for 60 days to conduct a complete investigation of allegations that have surfaced in the form of a Complaint to their agency.
What was set in motion instead? On Friday, February 25th, Judge Greer REFUSED TO issue another Stay because he was "not comfortable" issuing a say to protect a Ward of the State but instead "set a date certain" (on his calendar at least, not on mine) to BEGIN THE BARBARIC, ANTI-AMERICAN, STARVATION-DEHYDRATION SLOW MURDER OF TERRI.
Attorney Gibbs for Terri's parents held a press conference after J. Greer's order that was so tastefully written to indicate that "he was giving the Schindlers until March 18th so they could "prepare for Last Rites." Attorneys Gibbs called this ruling and prior rulings "Hitler-resque". Indeed.
If Judge Greer wasn't LEGALIZING EUTHANASIA in his courtroom, why any need for Last Rites? Greer's urgency to fulfill this killing places urgency on every one of us to lobby Governor Bush, Florida's House and Florida's Senate.
A Judge in America is ordering the manner of someone's death, a disabled woman who is healthy but needs rehabilitation.
Time is short so we don't really have time to get into Greer's mind to see why he is Florida's Til of the Hun.
What can we do?

Finally, the Pope has no Living Will. He will be SAFE as long as he stays away from George Greer's courtroom. The Pope is in our thoughts and prayers and he knows of Terri. He wants Terri to be freed from oppression and from a painless death by starvation-dehyration.
THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO EVERY DAY, THE PAY ISN'T VERY GOOD BUT THE FRINGE BENEFITS ARE THE GREATEST. You are Great Americans and liberty is Terri's and freedom from oppression. Freepers, that is the big payoff if we continue our daunting task.
Terri's family is grateful to you and all of your prayers are being heard by the Giver of Life.

RETIRED FLORIDA SHERIFF SPEAKS OUT!
An Open Letter to
We the People of the United States of America
Byrd was probably one, maybe Levin the other? or Teddy? But what did they do...threaten to filibuster the House version? Oh, I would like to have seen them have to actually do that, while Terri starved to death, rather than have her starve to death after the Senate caved in and brought forth a bill that the House CANNOT pass.
Here's the 21 Florida Senators that VOTED AGAINST TERRI(805)
They are:
1) Alexander (R)
2) Argenzian (R)
3) Aronberg (D)
4) Bennett (R)
5) Bullard (D)
6) Campbell (D)
7) Carlton (R)
8) Dockery (R)
9) Geller (D)
10) Hill (D)
11) Jones (R)
12) KING** (R)
13) Klein (D)
14) Lynn (R)
15) Margolis (D)
16) Miller (D)
17) RICH (D)
18) Saunders (R)
19) Siplin (D)
20) Smith (D)
21) Wilson (D)
and I am sure that it was done on purpose...it was brought up earlier in the session and then the dems were against it and they held it up from being voted on until late and I think you will find it has been changed. It now has to go back to the House tomorrow and for a full vote...and the clock is ticking. Does it save her life? No, it only allows it to go before another Florida court.
I'll be at Hospice tomorrow morning. I believe the youngins from DC will try to rush the place.
I just e-mailed my Senators. BTTT
To me, it feels like they know it's not gonna work 'cause it was too narrow. Like they did it for show.
I know they will. Lord protect those who want to save Terri.
Florida effort to keep Terri Schiavo alive hits roadblock as one bill is defeated
Thursday, March 17, 2005
BY SAMANTHA GROSS ASSOCIATED PRESS
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - Working on at least four fronts, lawmakers and lawyers in Florida and in Washington raced to prevent the removal of a brain-damaged Terri Schiavo's feeding tube but ran into opposition Thursday as the hours slipped away.
Under court order, the feeding tube was set to be removed at 1 p.m. Friday, in what could be the final act in the long-running right-to-die drama.
The Florida House passed a bill 78-37 to block the withholding of food and water from patients in a persistent vegetative state who did not leave specific instructions regarding their care. But hours later, the Senate defeated a somewhat different measure 21-16, raising doubts that lawmakers could reach a compromise in time.
As part of the last-minute flurry of activity, Congress was considering legislation to keep the feeding tube in place, Schiavo's parents appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court, and the Florida judge who approved the withdrawal of food and water scheduled a hearing Thursday on a request from the state to keep the woman alive.
Doctors have said it could take a week or two for Schiavo to die once the tube that delivers water and nutrients is removed.
Republican Gov. Jeb Bush has strongly urged the Legislature to pass a bill that would save Schiavo, as it did in 2003. That law allowed Bush to order doctors to restore Schiavo's feeding tube six days after it had been removed. But that law was later declared unconstitutional by the Florida Supreme Court.
The push, largely by Republicans, has drawn accusations that Bush and the GOP are pandering to the religious right. Some have also questioned whether the campaign runs counter to Republican principles of less government and more freedom.
"If that's your standard operating procedure, then how in the world can you justify putting state government on the back of the most personal decision a family would have to make?" asked University of South Florida government professor Darryl Paulson. "It's a political lightning rod - fundamentally the wrong position for the Republican Party."
State Republicans said lawmakers have a responsibility to act because Schiavo cannot act for herself. "Sanctity of life is a Republican principle, and we stand on the side of sanctity of life," party Chairwoman Carole Jean Jordan said.
Republican state Rep. Kevin Ambler said: "This provides a safety net where the government stands up for the vulnerable who don't otherwise have a voice."
Schiavo suffered severe brain damage in 1990 when her heart stopped because of a chemical imbalance, and court-appointed doctors say she is in a persistent vegetative state. Her husband, Michael Schiavo, says she told him she would not want to be kept alive artificially. Her parents dispute that, and say she could get better.
Late Wednesday, the U.S. House passed legislation that would delay the removal of the feeding tube by moving the case to federal court. Federal judges have twice turned down efforts by the parents, Bob and Mary Schindler, to move the case out of Florida courts, citing a lack of jurisdiction.
But Senate Democrats blocked the bill Thursday, and Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist, R-Tenn., acknowledged that his own Republicans were not likely to agree to ultimately send the House legislation to President Bush for his signature.
Frist said he would later try to pass a separate Senate bill and get it to the House before it leaves for its Easter recess Friday.
"If we don't act or if somebody does not act, a living person who has a level of consciousness, who is self-breathing, will be starved to death here in the next two weeks," Frist said.
At the White House, press secretary Scott McClellan said the case raises "a lot of complex issues" and declined to comment on specific legislation. But he said Bush "stands on the side of defending life."
Also, Schiavo's parents filed an emergency motion at the U.S. Supreme Court to stop the removal of the feeding tube so lower courts could consider whether their daughter's religious freedom and other rights have been violated.
They were reminded by the House members who led that vote, that the House could not possible pass the kind of bill the Senate brought to the Floor. Yet the Senate brought it to the floor anyway. Tutstar said Weldon's office said that two Senators reportedly messed up a deal to bring the House version to the Senate Floor, so I guess that is when they brought up this version. Which they knew would be stopped cold in the House, for procedural reasons, by members who oppose it. That is a House rule for bills that arise to benefit one person only. You tell me. I cannot believe what these people, supposedly trying to help Terri, have done. Did they think this would make them look better than doing nothing? Why? This is no better than nothing, and is almost worse than nothing. All the effort is wasted, and everyone's hopes are dashed.
And I suppose that if they don't get something done, all will pass peacefully. I don't think so this time. This is an emergency.
Not dashed, just questioning. The Lord is still in charge and I believe this is not over yet!
I ask our Democrats friends out-there that believe in God and Love of Family, Justice and Nation. To please, in God name try to shine the LIGHT of truth to these Democrats and inform them, it's about a murder STILL in Progress, and working together as a TEAM we can STOP this Murder from happening.
Let's get the FBI, IRS, and GET some of the BEST Homicide Detectives from Chicago, New York, LA,etc..to investigate this case.... They will find prejury all over the place..
The IRS(CID) will LOOK at the $$$
The U.S. Atty and FBI will interview witness(es) and connect the dots..in only days.....
Help Us, Palm Sunday begins on Friday, and Easter week..
I would urge everybody to call him and tell him to twist whatever arms are necessary in Congress to stop this crap in its tracks.
Isn't theempirejournal supposed to have a breaking story? Any news on that?
You are seeing it the exact way that I did. Do we have a way of hounding the senators to get this done? Have they gone home for the next few weeks? Can Bush call a special session and get them to work this out?
As part of the House adjournment resolution, by the congress must agree to the Senate's HABEAS CORPUS bill to save Terri.
From a reliable source:
The House (Federal) has left for the night, but they have not adjourned for recess, as was originally thought. There must be a resolution tomorrow morning, first thing to adjourn.
House leaders, listed below, can make a condition of adjournment the approval of the Incapacitated Persons Legal Protection Act (Habeas Corpus) a requirement.
I know as little about these things as anyone possibly could, but I've been directed to ask you that you please flood the following with emails, phone calls or faxes to insist on these conditions prior to the House adjournment.
Remember, both chambers have already approved, in some form, the Incapacitated Persons Legal Protection Act. This is a very small step for them to finalize the measure before they recess and there is no time left for our representatives to squander. Please make contact and encourage others to.
