Judge George Greer denied Terri's parents' Motion for a Stay to protect their daughter's life while there are still pending issues in this LIFE AND DEATH MATTER. In addition the Department of Children and Family Services made a surprise visit to the court hearing the other day and asked Judge Greer if they could approach the bench. Judge Greer denied DCF the opportunity to speak. DCF asked for 60 days to conduct a complete investigation of allegations that have surfaced in the form of a Complaint to their agency.

What was set in motion instead? On Friday, February 25th, Judge Greer REFUSED TO issue another Stay because he was "not comfortable" issuing a say to protect a Ward of the State but instead "set a date certain" (on his calendar at least, not on mine) to BEGIN THE BARBARIC, ANTI-AMERICAN, STARVATION-DEHYDRATION SLOW MURDER OF TERRI.

Attorney Gibbs for Terri's parents held a press conference after J. Greer's order that was so tastefully written to indicate that "he was giving the Schindlers until March 18th so they could "prepare for Last Rites." Attorneys Gibbs called this ruling and prior rulings "Hitler-resque". Indeed.

If Judge Greer wasn't LEGALIZING EUTHANASIA in his courtroom, why any need for Last Rites? Greer's urgency to fulfill this killing places urgency on every one of us to lobby Governor Bush, Florida's House and Florida's Senate.

A Judge in America is ordering the manner of someone's death, a disabled woman who is healthy but needs rehabilitation.

Time is short so we don't really have time to get into Greer's mind to see why he is Florida's Til of the Hun.

Finally, the Pope has no Living Will. He will be SAFE as long as he stays away from George Greer's courtroom. The Pope is in our thoughts and prayers and he knows of Terri. He wants Terri to be freed from oppression and from a painless death by starvation-dehyration.

THE MAILINGS TO GREER'S DONORS WAS NOT HATE MAIL. It was a freeper project with a photo of Terri on one side and the slogan "HAVING VOTERS' REMORSE?" Then all the laws that Greer has broken was on the flip side. (Abby Goodenough writes for the New York Times out of S. Florida).

Harder to bear, other friends said, have been the hate mail and fliers like the one that people who contributed to his 2004 re-election campaign received this week, saying, "Please help stop a judicial murderer!" A petition to impeach Judge Greer, circulated online by religious groups, has nearly 7,000 signatures.

Cheryl Ford, a nurse who heads the National Fight for Terri Action Volunteer Group in Tampa, dismissed the possibility of violence against the judge, saying: "I haven't heard one person say they wanted to do anything violent. The people here are not people who would commit violence.

The only ones committing violence are Judge Greer and Michael Schiavo, who are murdering Terri by removing her feeding tube."

Many Pour Heart Into Schiavo Vigil

PINELLAS PARK - It was a typical afternoon for the roughly 30 young adults who wailed and wept in prayer for Terri Schiavo and then taped their lips shut Wednesday near the sidewalks outside her hospice.

Back home in Washington, D.C., they perform the same acts daily in front of the Supreme Court - to ``identify with those who do not have a voice,'' said Jesse Engle, 18, a member of the Washington- based antiabortion group Bound 4 Life.

On Wednesday, the Christian groups' demonstration outside the Hospice House Woodside on 102nd Avenue was ``part of building the infrastructure'' for a rally of thousands there if the severely brain-damaged woman's feeding tube is removed, said the Rev. Patrick Mahoney, director of the Washington-based Christian Defense Coalition.

"We've installed our portable toilets, garbage cans, and we have bottled water and a sound system," Mahoney said of preparations outside Schiavo's hospice.

Pinellas-Pasco Circuit Judge George Greer has ordered that Schiavo's feeding tube be removed Friday.

Doctors called by Schiavo's attorneys and the court say most of her brain was destroyed after her heart failed in 1990.

Terri Schiavo does not have a living will. Michael Schiavo, Terri's husband, and Terri's parents, Bob and Mary Schindler, have been locked in a battle over Terri's wishes for almost seven years.

In 2000, Greer ruled that her feeding tube regimen could be discontinued at the discretion of her husband.

For those gathered between police barricades outside the hospice Wednesday, the court rulings were an afterthought.

Their focus was on the New King James Bible's translation of Proverbs 31:8: ``Open your mouth for the speechless in the cause of all who are appointed to die.''

``Our cause is mainly antiabortion, but now Terri Schiavo is in our DNA. We just want her feeding to continue,'' said Aysha Rogers, 24, an Oregon resident who moved to Washington to spend six months with Bound 4 Life.

Mahoney helped organize the trip to Pinellas County for the members of a few Christian groups from the Washington area. They arrived Tuesday and are staying at local churches. Their plan is to work in shifts holding 24-hour prayer vigils outside of the hospice.

Mahoney said he met with local police to inform them of the thousands of people he expects could arrive as early as Saturday on narrow 102nd Avenue to protest the removal of Schiavo's feeding tube.

Across from the hospice Wednesday, a local merchant prepared for a major influx of national and international news media as early as Friday.

A woman working at the largely industrial warehouse complex who would not give her name sold parking spaces for $100 per day. She had a long list of customers: local, national and international media who have reserved parking through the weekend.

NOS public television in Holland expects to be part of Friday's throng. Producer Tim Veplamcke's two-person crew is flying to Tampa today.

``Our news hour follows the Schiavo case once in a while,'' Veplamcke said. ``There is great interest in Holland in euthanasia.''

DCF is going before Greer again today to ask for ANOTHER STAY so they can do a proper investigation. I think they have a counter running and if Greer stonewalls them again, they are going to cut him off at the knees. DCF won't look too good if they keep acting on the premise that Greer is a fair judge. HE IS A CRIMINAL and his orders SHOULD BE NULL AND VOID. Killing the ward as Greer continues to order is NOT PROTECTING THE WARD.

Greer wants the world to think he is fair and a compassionate conservative? TELL ME ANOTHER ONE - I NEED A GOOD LAUGH TODAY...

Protestors are coming in from all over the country PER WFLA 970 RADIO right now.

The police told tv nbc ch 9 last night that they were "going to arrest many people". Can you imagine a police force stating outright that they are going to arrest many people? The people aren't even there and when they are there, WE DO NOT DO ANYTHING.

Do they have orders from Greer to arrest "many people" or from Hospice Woodside? This is not a police action. It is being ordered by Greer or Hospice.

Don't know, but I have sure let him know what I think of his news stories lately. I feel like he has made a slight effort for Terri, just doesn't think she is important enough.
I don't think his site is important enough to be my home page and only check it after theempirejournal, and freerepublic.
