Terri's Freepers,
Judge George Greer denied Terri's parents' Motion for a Stay to protect their daughter's life while there are still pending issues in this LIFE AND DEATH MATTER. In addition the Department of Children and Family Services made a surprise visit to the court hearing the other day and asked Judge Greer if they could approach the bench. Judge Greer denied DCF the opportunity to speak. DCF asked for 60 days to conduct a complete investigation of allegations that have surfaced in the form of a Complaint to their agency.
What was set in motion instead? On Friday, February 25th, Judge Greer REFUSED TO issue another Stay because he was "not comfortable" issuing a say to protect a Ward of the State but instead "set a date certain" (on his calendar at least, not on mine) to BEGIN THE BARBARIC, ANTI-AMERICAN, STARVATION-DEHYDRATION SLOW MURDER OF TERRI.
Attorney Gibbs for Terri's parents held a press conference after J. Greer's order that was so tastefully written to indicate that "he was giving the Schindlers until March 18th so they could "prepare for Last Rites." Attorneys Gibbs called this ruling and prior rulings "Hitler-resque". Indeed.
If Judge Greer wasn't LEGALIZING EUTHANASIA in his courtroom, why any need for Last Rites? Greer's urgency to fulfill this killing places urgency on every one of us to lobby Governor Bush, Florida's House and Florida's Senate.
A Judge in America is ordering the manner of someone's death, a disabled woman who is healthy but needs rehabilitation.
Time is short so we don't really have time to get into Greer's mind to see why he is Florida's Til of the Hun.
What can we do?

2. HELP BUMP THIS THREAD.
3. POST ARTICLES YOU SEE ABOUT TERRI.
4. VISIT PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA AND VIGIL WITH US AT HOSPICE WOODSIDE.
5. VISIT TALLAHASSEE AND LOBBY IN THE HALLS OF THE LEGISLATURE.
6. HOLD A DEMONSTRATION AT THE GOVERNOR'S MANSION.
7. Join the Message Board that freepers started at the Crystal Cathedral/Hour of Power. TELL YOUR CHURCH ABOUT TERRI.
8. Tell your friends that Terri is alert and aware of her surroundings and to visit www.terrisfight.org to see her videos.
9. PETITIONS. We will gather current Petitions here for you. At this time, you can sign a SAVE TERRI PETITION AT www.renewamerica.us. THERE ARE ALSO IMPEACH GREER PETITIONS ABOUT.
Finally, the Pope has no Living Will. He will be SAFE as long as he stays away from George Greer's courtroom. The Pope is in our thoughts and prayers and he knows of Terri. He wants Terri to be freed from oppression and from a painless death by starvation-dehyration.
THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO EVERY DAY, THE PAY ISN'T VERY GOOD BUT THE FRINGE BENEFITS ARE THE GREATEST. You are Great Americans and liberty is Terri's and freedom from oppression. Freepers, that is the big payoff if we continue our daunting task.

It is expected US house bill will reach the Senate floor on Thursday where Sen. Mel Martinez (R-Fl) has sponsored a companion bill, S. 539. It is anticipated that Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist (R-TN) will bring the just-passed House bill directly to the Senate floor Thursday.
It is expected that President George W. Bush will sign "Terri's Law II" on Thursday night or Friday morning!
Plus, Gov. Jeb Bush, the President’s brother, is said to be poised to sign a Florida bill into law which will become effective immediately and grant Terri a pardon from the death sentence imposed by Judge Greer!

Attorney Gibbs announced that Justice Anthony Kennedy will hear the motion.
They posted three Pinellas Park finest in with Terri augmenting the one already there. That should protect her safety so she can be killed their way, they wish.
Maybe they are scared of Bo Gritz. But they are sure here in force.
God is answering prayers!
I talked with one of his flock, a very credible K of C Catholic. He told me the Bishop told all to come and stand vigil where we are at the Hospice from 2:00pm to 4:00pm yesterday, but the one was the only one to show so far. He said he would raise Holy **** at church this morning and get the rest of the slackers over here.
Maybe when the rain stops, we will see. No bishop yet....
Thank You, O God, that You have sent forth Terri's words to encourage us in our struggle .. "Where there's life, there's hope." Thank You that this day dawns with fresh hope, yet we know the enemy is vicious and unrelenting and full of deceit and cunning. Re Saturday's editorial, "Verdicts clear and consistent": I can agree with you only partially. Yes, Judge Greer's verdicts have been clear and consistent ... clearly and consistently wrong.
Allegations of abuse in the case of Terri Schiavo have not been given a fair hearing in his courtroom, although there are scores of alleged abuses, not to mention the many requirements that go with being a guardian that have been ignored.
Michael Schiavo is required by law to file a yearly plan for Terri. Judge Greer has not enforced this requirement, allowing Michael Schiavo to break the law with no consequences. This example is but one of many irregularities in Judge Greer's handling of Terri's trial, for that is what it is. She is on trial, with life or death outcomes.
There needs not only to be an investigation of abuses against Terri, but also of the other legal irregularities in this case. Let the Department of Children & Families do the work it is required to do by law.
I think Floriduh Voter mentioned that Mr. Gibbs looks like Clark Kent...he does. I had the honor of shaking his hand and thanking him. When she mentioned that here on the forum I had been bumped off FR (for some reason the site didn't recognize me, although that was quickly rectified) and I was dying to chime in and say YES! HE DOES LOOK LIKE CLARK KENT! And guess what...there's a big red "S" on his chest underneath that suit, too. I'm sure of it.

GREER THREW 33 Affidavits from doctors who said that Terri can improve. DCF is going in front of Greer again. Maybe they are just waiting for Greer to reach a magic number of REFUSALS TO PROTECT A WARD, ANY WARD and hopefully, law enforcement is shadowing him and GREER MUST GO TO JAIL. I don't care how or when but HE MUST GO TO JAIL. HE IS A CRIMINAL. Since August 2003, my opinion and belief HAS NOT CHANGED.

President Bush will fly to Florida tomorrow (Friday). I hope he's available to sign the bill tonight. Bush will visit Orlando and Pensacola to talk about the Social Security changes.
Does the Dept.of Children and Families still have an on-going appeal at the DCF?
With the President and the Governor meeting at this monumental time ... I wonder what their mother is thinking right about now? :)

Couldn't agree more. First save Terri, then on to prosecuting these scumbags. We must end this Judicial takeover of our country.
