Does the Dept.of Children and Families still have an on-going appeal at the DCF?

DCF is going before Greer again today to ask for ANOTHER STAY so they can do a proper investigation. I think they have a counter running and if Greer stonewalls them again, they are going to cut him off at the knees. DCF won't look too good if they keep acting on the premise that Greer is a fair judge. HE IS A CRIMINAL and his orders SHOULD BE NULL AND VOID. Killing the ward as Greer continues to order is NOT PROTECTING THE WARD.

in regard to your question about DCF, yes---DCA agreed that they had an appealable issue in regard to Greer's denial of their motion for intervention but DCA denied DCF's request for a stay. DCF has until March 23 to submit their brief, then Funky Felos can respond. Story on it on www.theempirejournal.com
