Terri's Freepers,
Judge George Greer denied Terri's parents' Motion for a Stay to protect their daughter's life while there are still pending issues in this LIFE AND DEATH MATTER. In addition the Department of Children and Family Services made a surprise visit to the court hearing the other day and asked Judge Greer if they could approach the bench. Judge Greer denied DCF the opportunity to speak. DCF asked for 60 days to conduct a complete investigation of allegations that have surfaced in the form of a Complaint to their agency.
What was set in motion instead? On Friday, February 25th, Judge Greer REFUSED TO issue another Stay because he was "not comfortable" issuing a say to protect a Ward of the State but instead "set a date certain" (on his calendar at least, not on mine) to BEGIN THE BARBARIC, ANTI-AMERICAN, STARVATION-DEHYDRATION SLOW MURDER OF TERRI.
Attorney Gibbs for Terri's parents held a press conference after J. Greer's order that was so tastefully written to indicate that "he was giving the Schindlers until March 18th so they could "prepare for Last Rites." Attorneys Gibbs called this ruling and prior rulings "Hitler-resque". Indeed.
If Judge Greer wasn't LEGALIZING EUTHANASIA in his courtroom, why any need for Last Rites? Greer's urgency to fulfill this killing places urgency on every one of us to lobby Governor Bush, Florida's House and Florida's Senate.
A Judge in America is ordering the manner of someone's death, a disabled woman who is healthy but needs rehabilitation.
Time is short so we don't really have time to get into Greer's mind to see why he is Florida's Til of the Hun.
What can we do?

Thank you mickie!I am so disorganized tonight here, I was just running around from thread to thread !!!Sure glad that there are those here on Terri's threads that know their way around here!!!!!!!!
"It's killing me to watch him struggle with this," said Mary Repper, a retired political consultant who worked on several of Judge Greer's campaigns. "Armed guards with him all the time. People threatening to kill him and claiming it has something to do with the right to life - explain that, will you?"
I'll explain it to you, stupid b----!
The Jews living in Germany had a right to life. The Nazis murdered them. The Nazis deserve to die.
Terri Schiavo has a right to life! Judge Greer is going to murder her. What do you think he deserves?
No problem. I will copy and forward to curiousmind.
Did Everett Rice pick James Coats to be his successor, or was Coats the winner of a contested Republican primary? It sounds like he is part of the GOP establishment there -- no surprise.
I had no idea that George W. Greer has round-the-clock police protection. Don't you have "compassion" on him for all the "stress" he is going through!!!! I had always thought that George W. Greer (I am glad he left the Southern Baptist denomination.) gave stress, instead of being a victim of stress.
Hoping and praying someone pays big for all the trouble you have had. This surely is illegal and we won't settle for less than to find out who did it. I believe the hacking deserves some publicity from other media as well.
Is Tammy Melton related to Robert W. Melton? Not that it matters, just curious.
I just saw on another post that liberal Sen. Tom Harkin, D-IA, will support a Terri's Bill in the Senate. If so, that means Berrnie McCabe, George W. Greer, Charles Crist, Everett Rice, and James King are all "moderate Republicans" to the LEFT of Senator Harkin on this issue!
Wellll dearie, tell his HEINOUS TO DEAL WITH IT ...Terri's had armed guards with her much longer then Greer has had armed guards. And if that's not enough...Terri's life is being threatened, threatened by his HEINOUS Judge GREER servant of SATIN!!!!
An OB/Gyn named Seymour Weiner. He's now retired. It was that or be sued.
LOL. I used to have a gyne named Dr. Bloodgood. How sick is that?
Great news indeed, FV!!!
EVERYONE, I BROUGHT MY POST OVER FROM ANOTHER THREAD. LOOKEE HERE!!
In the News/Activism forum, on a thread titled NEWS: GOP bill to save life of Schiavo, txrangerette wrote:
Was anyone else watching the House on CSPAN just now? They introduced, debated and passed the bill that is supposed to save Terri. The rules were suspended and it passed on a voice vote.
Rep. Sensenbrenner led the debate. He let Nancy Johnson speak, even though she was against the bill. Weldon and others spoke passionately for the bill and explained the truth about Terri over and over.
The bill has been changed from a Habeas Corpus bill to a Civil Rights bill. It says she gets a federal court to review whether any of her federal civil rights have been violated in this FL court case. I don't know if it would address anything other than the decision to remove food and water, or if it might include the total handling of her case.
I came on here thinking someone would have a thread on it. Has it been announced on Terri's thread? THE BILL PASSED!!! IT PASSED ON A VOICE VOTE. THEY HAVE MOVED ON TO OTHER BUSINESS.
OH YES, IT WAS NOT A COMMITTEE...IT WAS THE FULL HOUSE VOTING ON THE FLOOR. THE BILL PASSED ON A VOICE VOTE. THE DEED IS DONE IN THE US HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES. THANK YOU REP. SENSENBRENNER, WELDON AND OTHERS!!
You should still report it! See if there is some place you can leave a complaint so the nursing home will not find out it's you who told. Also, I do worry about retaliation against the patient for things like this. People have to know that we care when others are mistreated.

U.S. House passes bill designed to delay Schiavo case
JESSE J. HOLLAND
Associated Press
WASHINGTON - The House passed legislation late Wednesday intended to delay the removal of the feeding tube keeping alive a brain-damaged woman whose husband has been given permission by a state court to allow her to die.
Earlier in the day, a Florida appeals court refused to block the removal of Terri Schiavo's feeding tube. For years her husband has battled her parents over his efforts to allow her to die, which he contends she would prefer rather than live in a vegetative state.
The House bill, passed on a voice vote, would move such a case to federal court. Federal judges have twice turned down efforts by the parents, Bob and Mary Schindler, to move the case out of Florida courts, citing a lack of jurisdiction.
Senate Republicans are introducing a separate bill to give Schiavo and her family standing in federal court, and they hope it can be debated on Thursday, a GOP aide said.
Under the House legislation, a federal judge would decide whether withholding or withdrawing food, fluids or medical treatment from an incapacitated person violates the Constitution or U.S. law. It would apply only to incapacitated people who had not left directives dealing with being kept alive artificially and for whom a state judge had authorized the withholding of food or medical treatment.
Schiavo, 41, who was raised in the Philadelphia suburb of Huntingdon Valley, Pa., suffered severe brain damage in 1990 when her heart stopped temporarily, and court-appointed doctors say she is in a persistent vegetative state. Her husband, Michael Schiavo, says she told him she would not want to be kept alive artificially. Her parents disagree that was her wish and say she could improve with proper treatment.
Florida Circuit Judge George Greer has granted Michael Schiavo permission to remove the feeding tube, a ruling a state appellate court upheld Wednesday. Without the feeding tube, which the state court allowed to be removed as early as Friday, Terri Schiavo would likely die in one to two weeks.
"What's going on in Florida regarding Terri Schiavo is nothing short of inhumane," said House Judiciary Chairman James Sensenbrenner, R-Wis., who introduced the bill with Rep. Dave Weldon, R-Fla.
Some House members criticized the bill, which Rep. Jerrold Nadler, D-N.Y., called "a dangerously reckless way to deal with some serious issues."
"It does not deal just with feeding tubes. It would allow intervention in any decision affecting any kind of medical care. Read the bill," Nadler said.
