Judge George Greer denied Terri's parents' Motion for a Stay to protect their daughter's life while there are still pending issues in this LIFE AND DEATH MATTER. In addition the Department of Children and Family Services made a surprise visit to the court hearing the other day and asked Judge Greer if they could approach the bench. Judge Greer denied DCF the opportunity to speak. DCF asked for 60 days to conduct a complete investigation of allegations that have surfaced in the form of a Complaint to their agency.

What was set in motion instead? On Friday, February 25th, Judge Greer REFUSED TO issue another Stay because he was "not comfortable" issuing a say to protect a Ward of the State but instead "set a date certain" (on his calendar at least, not on mine) to BEGIN THE BARBARIC, ANTI-AMERICAN, STARVATION-DEHYDRATION SLOW MURDER OF TERRI.

Attorney Gibbs for Terri's parents held a press conference after J. Greer's order that was so tastefully written to indicate that "he was giving the Schindlers until March 18th so they could "prepare for Last Rites." Attorneys Gibbs called this ruling and prior rulings "Hitler-resque". Indeed.

If Judge Greer wasn't LEGALIZING EUTHANASIA in his courtroom, why any need for Last Rites? Greer's urgency to fulfill this killing places urgency on every one of us to lobby Governor Bush, Florida's House and Florida's Senate.

A Judge in America is ordering the manner of someone's death, a disabled woman who is healthy but needs rehabilitation.

Time is short so we don't really have time to get into Greer's mind to see why he is Florida's Til of the Hun.

Matrimonial Disputes

Matrimonial disputes from a Forensic Accounting point-of-view often involve the tracing, locating and evaluation of assets. The assets to be evaluated and valued may be businesses, property or other assets.

Business Economic Losses

Examples of assignments involving business economic losses include; contract disputes, construction claims, expropriations, product liability claims, trademark and patent infringements and losses stemming from a breach of a non-competition agreement.

Professional Negligence

These investigations are often approached from two different but complimentary perspectives, these being:

* Technical - has a breach of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles or Generally Accepted Auditing Standards or other standards of practice occurred; and

In May 2002, access to the patient was allowed for two physicians appointed by the family. At that time, my observation of Terri Schiavo in person occurred, having previously viewed videotape that was first shown at her first trial.

I later moved to the left arm and attempted to release contractures there. In order to get significant relaxation of the arm to a degree necessary to obtain a blood pressure, I worked for approximately 35 minutes to release the contractures enough to get arm extension to approximately 140 degrees.

At one time, after working on her arm for approximately 20 minutes, and no further extension of the elbow was to be had, the father walked up and started speaking reassuringly to his daughter. The elbow immediately extended approximately another 20 degrees.This was during a time period that I had been talking with Ms. Schiavo, and the music was also running. Yet with neither the addition of the music nor my voice did the elbow extend. With the father coming to his daughter and speaking, she immediately extended the arm further.

Extremities exam showed severe contractures in all four extremities. On the left upper extremity, she initially showed 4/4 on the Allen's spasticity scale about the wrist, fingers, and the elbow. However, with approximately 40 minutes of massage and release, the exam in this upper extremity showed spasticity on the Allen's scale, and at times, later in the exam, would show 2/4 on the Allen's exam.

The right upper extremity also showed 4/4 on the Allen's scale, and also improved with efforts at muscular tension release. However, time did not allow me the same degree of effort on her right upper extremity, and thus I am unsure of the degree of relaxation available in this area

Dr Hammesfahr said in his interview that there was a meeting set up with Schiavo about the bone scan. Before the meeting, Schiavo moved Terri to another facility.

Dr Walkers testimony

From Humana Northside Hospital, Discharge Summary 1990, Doctor notes on Terri’s neck when admitted to the hospital night of her collapse. Discovered in 2002

As stated in the discharge summary dated May 9, 1990, the doctors involved in Terri’s care, while she was initially admitted and then remained as a patient at Humana Northside, did not know what caused Terri’s collapse the night of February 25, 1990, there was only speculation.

However, according to the discharge summary the doctor reported that Terri’s neck was somewhat stiff, as well as the rest of her body, the night that Terri was admitted to the hospital.

Since 1993, all medical information including all of Terri’s medical records have been sealed by Michael Schiavo’s orders. It was just prior to the January 2000 trial that they were released to the Schindler’s lawyer for review. At that time, there were volumes of information, containing thousands of unsystematic medical documents that the attorney was allowed to search through.

The discharge summary revealing the information regarding Terri’s neck was discovered only recently, and after Judge Greer made his original ruling, February 11, 2000, to discontinue Terri’s food and hydration.

This information regarding Terri’s neck is consistent with the 2002 testimony of Dr. Bamabkidis and Dr. Hammesfahr stating that they both noticed something abnormal with Terri’s neck, and also the additional testimony of Dr. Hammesfahr where he compared Terri’s neck to that of another patient he treated, which was caused by attempted strangulation.
