Terri's Freepers,
Judge George Greer denied Terri's parents' Motion for a Stay to protect their daughter's life while there are still pending issues in this LIFE AND DEATH MATTER. In addition the Department of Children and Family Services made a surprise visit to the court hearing the other day and asked Judge Greer if they could approach the bench. Judge Greer denied DCF the opportunity to speak. DCF asked for 60 days to conduct a complete investigation of allegations that have surfaced in the form of a Complaint to their agency.
What was set in motion instead? On Friday, February 25th, Judge Greer REFUSED TO issue another Stay because he was "not comfortable" issuing a say to protect a Ward of the State but instead "set a date certain" (on his calendar at least, not on mine) to BEGIN THE BARBARIC, ANTI-AMERICAN, STARVATION-DEHYDRATION SLOW MURDER OF TERRI.
Attorney Gibbs for Terri's parents held a press conference after J. Greer's order that was so tastefully written to indicate that "he was giving the Schindlers until March 18th so they could "prepare for Last Rites." Attorneys Gibbs called this ruling and prior rulings "Hitler-resque". Indeed.
If Judge Greer wasn't LEGALIZING EUTHANASIA in his courtroom, why any need for Last Rites? Greer's urgency to fulfill this killing places urgency on every one of us to lobby Governor Bush, Florida's House and Florida's Senate.
A Judge in America is ordering the manner of someone's death, a disabled woman who is healthy but needs rehabilitation.
Time is short so we don't really have time to get into Greer's mind to see why he is Florida's Til of the Hun.
What can we do?
1. LOBBY TO SAVE TERRI
2. HELP BUMP THIS THREAD.
3. POST ARTICLES YOU SEE ABOUT TERRI.
4. VISIT PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA AND VIGIL WITH US AT HOSPICE WOODSIDE.
5. VISIT TALLAHASSEE AND LOBBY IN THE HALLS OF THE LEGISLATURE.
6. HOLD A DEMONSTRATION AT THE GOVERNOR'S MANSION.
7. Join the Message Board that freepers started at the Crystal Cathedral/Hour of Power. TELL YOUR CHURCH ABOUT TERRI.
8. Tell your friends that Terri is alert and aware of her surroundings and to visit www.terrisfight.org to see her videos.
9. PETITIONS. We will gather current Petitions here for you. At this time, you can sign a SAVE TERRI PETITION AT www.renewamerica.us. THERE ARE ALSO IMPEACH GREER PETITIONS ABOUT.
Finally, the Pope has no Living Will. He will be SAFE as long as he stays away from George Greer's courtroom. The Pope is in our thoughts and prayers and he knows of Terri. He wants Terri to be freed from oppression and from a painless death by starvation-dehyration.

You're so right, Pegita. This battle will ultimately be won by prayer.
I have that feeling, too - that Terri is going to be victorious over all those ghoulish fiends. She is so perfect and powerful. Greer, felos and the HINO are getting all nervous and jumpy. LOL! Let 'em squirm. There are more of us and we're more PO'd. Florida State Dept. of Children & Families is bound to rescue Terri out of that hell-hole. I don't see any other option for them. Greer is not going to cooperate with their investigation so it's just like as if a child were in danger - the state has to step in. Terri is a vulnerable disabled adult. Same thing.
We need Pc93 to help save Terri. He/she is one of Terri's main supporters here on FreeRepubic. Three days is a very long time. Terri needs all the help she can get and FreeRepublic has been leading the charge. We depend on Pc93 very much.

I've been sending Empire articles to our local newspaper editors. They editorialized TWICE that Terri should be done away with. I got one letter to the editor published. Maybe they are just ignorant of the facts. Keep trying.
I see such a twinkle in Terri's eyes. I know that her prayers to Him are a sweet savor.
We are evidencing a genuine case of judicial tyranny in our nation that, if not stopped, ends in the death of an innocent American.
We stand in this gap and we WILL prevail.

It's so horrible that the Media and Greer don't seem to believe the words of Terri's priest, about her condition. About how alert she is and etc.
They don't believe the words of lawyers either who say Terri tries sing along with them.
Guess we'll never understand. I'm sure the day will come when the Truth will be revealed about Terri's true condition. She such a precious sweet person.

I just called his office and the person who answered said she couldn't tell me if Senator Tom Lee supports SB 2128 that it is the first day in session and I said that there are conflicting stories as to whether or not he supports the bill or not. The person couldn't tell me and I told her that I need to know because supposedly he was in the news saying that he didn't support it. With regards to representative Weldon's proposed bill 1151 (see above for correct designations) titled the Incapacitated Person's Legal Protection Act, I encourage you to give this favorable consideration.
Clearly, state Circuit Courts are not applying the law appropriately in a number of cases throughout the United States as it relates to vulnerable and incapacitated persons and their retained rights. A measure like bill 1151 would give these innocent people a Federal avenue of review that we consider a retained right of criminals. I believe the rights of the disabled amongst us should be no less vigorously defended than the rights of those who have broken the law.
I also believe that without such Federal protection, cases such as these will grow more complicated and burdensome on the state courts and innocent lives will be lost.

I you do NOT know your congressman's name, all you have to do is give the switchboard operator your ZIP CODE. They will take it from there and connect to the correct congressman's office.

You will be very happy to know that I called Senator Tom Lee. Teh woman taking my call was not interested in taking my name and address. Only wanted to knwo if we were "for" or "against." I coersed her into taking my contact information, informing her that all of France is Appalled. That in France th lande of good food and wine, they do NOT starve people to death. I re-iterated how this is making America Look bad in France. His actions are portraying Americans as extreemly Barbaric.
I do feel that sice I was calling from France that she did write a little memo off to the side and that my comments will be forwarded to the Senator.
Then we had a little discussion about the number of phone calls she is getting. She did admit that the majority of calls are in support of Terri. They are keeping a tally.
SO EVERYONE CALLL!!!! And after you call, then Call Again!!! We know how to Freep Polls don't we??
They are not taking names just a Tally, so call, and call, and call again.
She said that the majority of phone calls are FOR Terri
