Judge George Greer denied Terri's parents' Motion for a Stay to protect their daughter's life while there are still pending issues in this LIFE AND DEATH MATTER. In addition the Department of Children and Family Services made a surprise visit to the court hearing the other day and asked Judge Greer if they could approach the bench. Judge Greer denied DCF the opportunity to speak. DCF asked for 60 days to conduct a complete investigation of allegations that have surfaced in the form of a Complaint to their agency.
What was set in motion instead? On Friday, February 25th, Judge Greer REFUSED TO issue another Stay because he was "not comfortable" issuing a say to protect a Ward of the State but instead "set a date certain" (on his calendar at least, not on mine) to BEGIN THE BARBARIC, ANTI-AMERICAN, STARVATION-DEHYDRATION SLOW MURDER OF TERRI.
Attorney Gibbs for Terri's parents held a press conference after J. Greer's order that was so tastefully written to indicate that "he was giving the Schindlers until March 18th so they could "prepare for Last Rites." Attorneys Gibbs called this ruling and prior rulings "Hitler-resque". Indeed.
If Judge Greer wasn't LEGALIZING EUTHANASIA in his courtroom, why any need for Last Rites? Greer's urgency to fulfill this killing places urgency on every one of us to lobby Governor Bush, Florida's House and Florida's Senate.
A Judge in America is ordering the manner of someone's death, a disabled woman who is healthy but needs rehabilitation.
Time is short so we don't really have time to get into Greer's mind to see why he is Florida's Til of the Hun.

Finally, the Pope has no Living Will. He will be SAFE as long as he stays away from George Greer's courtroom. The Pope is in our thoughts and prayers and he knows of Terri. He wants Terri to be freed from oppression and from a painless death by starvation-dehyration.

At age 33, Kate Adamson collapsed from a devastating and incapacitating stroke. She was utterly unresponsive and was diagnosed as being in a persistent vegetative state (PVS). Because of a bowel obstruction she developed, her nourishment was stopped so that doctors could perform surgery.
Adamson eventually recovered sufficiently to author "Kate's Journey: Triumph Over Adversity," in which she tells the terrifying tale. Rather than being unconscious with no chance of recovery as her doctors believed, she was actually awake and aware but unable to move any part of her body voluntarily. (This is known as a "locked-in state.") When she appeared recently on "The O'Reilly Factor," host Bill O'Reilly asked Adamson about the dehydration experience:
O'REILLY: When they took the feeding tube out, what went through your mind?
ADAMSON: When the feeding tube was turned off for eight days, I thought I was going insane. I was screaming out in my mind, "Don't you know I need to eat?" And even up until that point, I had been having a bagful of Ensure as my nourishment that was going through the feeding tube. At that point, it sounded pretty good. I just wanted something. The fact that I had nothing, the hunger pains overrode every thought I had.
O'REILLY: So you were feeling pain when they removed your tube?
ADAMSON: Yes. Oh, absolutely. Absolutely. To say that--especially when Michael [Schiavo] on national TV mentioned last week that it's a pretty painless thing to have the feeding tube removed--it is the exact opposite. It was sheer torture, Bill.
O'REILLY: It's just amazing.

Two Republican lawmakers from Florida introduced legislation in Congress today they hope will save the life of Terri Schiavo, the brain-damaged woman whose parents are battling a court order to remove her life-sustaining feeding tube.
Sen. Mel Martinez and Rep. David Weldon say the Incapacitated Person's Legal Protection Act will give Schiavo, and others in similar situations, the same constitutional protection of due process as death-row inmates.
Current law leaves the rights of disabled persons at the mercy of courts instead of the Constitution, the lawmakers argue.
The new measure would not apply to cases in which an advance medical directive is in effect.
Does this exclude Terri?
I think most people here agree with you. I definitely see this as the first step to killing those not deemed to be worthy.
I think there was a reason for picking Terri to make their stand. She is not PVS as evident on the videotapes, but they keep telling us she is. She did not have a written directive as the law requires. In other words, they can go after anyone they deem unworthy and the public will allow it.

My God under these circumstances I can hardly believe that only 4355 signatures have been gathered against this Judicial out of control tyrant. What is WRONG with the people of Florida? Do they not understand the FUTURE CONSEQUENCES of these men's actions? I think not. But I'll say that Jeb Bush most certainly SHOULD. As each day passes, I'm getting angrier and angrier at the Governor. He has A DUTY to step into this and TAKE CONTROL from these MURDERERS AND THIEVES.

One last appeal- CALL your Federal Representatives and ask them to support legislation that will benefit terri.
Doesn't matter if you live in Florida or not, call the Leader of the Senat and tell him to get behind legislation to benefit Terri.
Heck I even called from France. They are jsut keeping track of how many calls they get, so Call, wait a bit and then... well you know.... Call again :))

Yes, Greer appointed Wolfson and then ignored his "findings," which were neither favorable nor unfavorable to Terri.
Many churches are now sadly mere businesses spending the bulk of their time on entertainment and socials and passing the collection plate to fund often esoteric activities. Things like Terri's fight divide them, and they do not like division within the ranks? It affects the collections.
"If Terri is supposedly brain dead like Felos has convinced judge Greer of that, than why would he say that feeding Terri via the mouth could result in a painful death??? If she is brain dead than how would she even feel it FELOS??? He is arguing the exact opposite of what he says is supposedly true! How does Greer not get this?"

Yes they should tutstar. The Christians bear the most responsibility here. Dr. Kennedy's church (and it's huge) should be on the front lines along with many many others. It shouldn't not be any one denomination, just Christians and others who are morally opposed to blatant murder.
I recall being under attack a few years ago. It was a situation where I was being blamed absolutely without cause. The Lord gave me a Scripture which I prayed daily over my situation. It was Psalm 35 - the entire psalm. It certainly delivered me and caused my enemies to be brought to shame. The couldn't do anything right. They tripped themselves up continually. They ended up looking as fools. It is a great scripture.
