Terri's Freepers,
Judge George Greer denied Terri's parents' Motion for a Stay to protect their daughter's life while there are still pending issues in this LIFE AND DEATH MATTER. In addition the Department of Children and Family Services made a surprise visit to the court hearing the other day and asked Judge Greer if they could approach the bench. Judge Greer denied DCF the opportunity to speak. DCF asked for 60 days to conduct a complete investigation of allegations that have surfaced in the form of a Complaint to their agency.
What was set in motion instead? On Friday, February 25th, Judge Greer REFUSED TO issue another Stay because he was "not comfortable" issuing a say to protect a Ward of the State but instead "set a date certain" (on his calendar at least, not on mine) to BEGIN THE BARBARIC, ANTI-AMERICAN, STARVATION-DEHYDRATION SLOW MURDER OF TERRI.
Attorney Gibbs for Terri's parents held a press conference after J. Greer's order that was so tastefully written to indicate that "he was giving the Schindlers until March 18th so they could "prepare for Last Rites." Attorneys Gibbs called this ruling and prior rulings "Hitler-resque". Indeed.
If Judge Greer wasn't LEGALIZING EUTHANASIA in his courtroom, why any need for Last Rites? Greer's urgency to fulfill this killing places urgency on every one of us to lobby Governor Bush, Florida's House and Florida's Senate.
A Judge in America is ordering the manner of someone's death, a disabled woman who is healthy but needs rehabilitation.
Time is short so we don't really have time to get into Greer's mind to see why he is Florida's Til of the Hun.
What can we do?
1. LOBBY TO SAVE TERRI
2. HELP BUMP THIS THREAD.
3. POST ARTICLES YOU SEE ABOUT TERRI.
4. VISIT PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA AND VIGIL WITH US AT HOSPICE WOODSIDE.
5. VISIT TALLAHASSEE AND LOBBY IN THE HALLS OF THE LEGISLATURE.
6. HOLD A DEMONSTRATION AT THE GOVERNOR'S MANSION.
7. Join the Message Board that freepers started at the Crystal Cathedral/Hour of Power. TELL YOUR CHURCH ABOUT TERRI.
8. Tell your friends that Terri is alert and aware of her surroundings and to visit www.terrisfight.org to see her videos.
9. PETITIONS. We will gather current Petitions here for you. At this time, you can sign a SAVE TERRI PETITION AT www.renewamerica.us. THERE ARE ALSO IMPEACH GREER PETITIONS ABOUT.
Finally, the Pope has no Living Will. He will be SAFE as long as he stays away from George Greer's courtroom. The Pope is in our thoughts and prayers and he knows of Terri. He wants Terri to be freed from oppression and from a painless death by starvation-dehyration.

For those who missed the sequence, Rush was talking about Hillary Clinton, not Terri. To my knowledge, Rush has never utted the name "Terri."
You are correct. Rush has never uttered Terris name.As bad as Greta is (and her show is really bad) she has mentioned Terri and have had the Schindlers on. I'm very disappointed in Rush.

I have never heard him mention Terri either. I have called and e-mailed him in the past asking why he never wants to talk about Terri. I'm not expecting any reply from him.

You will be very happy to know that I called Senator Tom Lee. Teh woman taking my call was not interested in taking my name and address. Only wanted to knwo if we were "for" or "against." I coersed her into taking my contact information, informing her that all of France is Appalled. That in France th lande of good food and wine, they do NOT starve people to death. I re-iterated how this is making America Look bad in France. His actions are portraying Americans as extreemly Barbaric.
I do feel that sice I was calling from France that she did write a little memo off to the side and that my comments will be forwarded to the Senator.
Then we had a little discussion about the number of phone calls she is getting. She did admit that the majority of calls are in support of Terri. They are keeping a tally.

With regards to representative Weldon's proposed bill 1151 titled the Incapacitated Person's Legal Protection Act, I encourage you to give this favorable consideration.
Clearly, state Circuit Courts are not applying the law appropriately in a number of cases throughout the United States as it relates to vulnerable and incapacitated persons and their retained rights. A measure like bill 1151 would give these innocent people a Federal avenue of review that we consider a retained right of criminals. I believe the rights of the disabled amongst us should be no less vigorously defended than the rights of those who have broken the law.
I also believe that without such Federal protection, cases such as these will grow more complicated and burdensome on the state courts and innocent lives will be lost.
Please do the right thing for America's disabled and give your unwavering favorable consideration to this act.

I got thru, waited, the screener came back, asked what I wanted to talk about, said, good points I will pass it on and HUNG UP! WHAT WAS THAT ABOUT? Oh well-I was going to give out the capitol switchboard number and the next caller Glen spoke to did just that! WONDROUS to me!
I then called the capitol switchboard, 1-202-224 (OR 225 WORKS AS PREFIX TOO) - 3121 and left message for Hastert, and again Dan Burton, my rep.
I you do NOT know your congressman's name, all you have to do is give the switchboard operator your ZIP CODE. They will take it from there and connect to the correct congressman's office.

I have always supported GW. I think he's a good President. I always tagged him as an honest and moral man. I thought the same of Jeb. But, if Jeb Bush ALLOWS this Judicial MURDER, then I cannot think of any words bad enough to describe him. I will be seriously re-thinking some things. I can't believe that President Bush hasn't stepped up to the plate here. Behind the scenes but still, a Christian President would NOT allow a living disabled person to be OUTRIGHT MURDERED BY COURT DECREE. If she were dying, she would have died. The fact is that's the problem for Michael Schiavo, she's NOT dying. It's ruining his plans and his life. Any Judge that would take part in this thing is NOT fit to sit on the bench. Jeb Bush should REMOVE HIM IMMEDIATELY. I don't give him many more days to take action before I will have no choice but to call Jeb a MURDERER ALSO. Like Alan Keyes and Gordon Liddy said, this is JUDICIAL HOMICIDE. It's NOT constitutional and Jeb Bush is simply NOT carrying out his OATH. There are NO more EXCUSES.
I'm appalled too as it has nothing to do with FOR or AGAINST.. as a Senator votes his conscience.. therefore reasons need to be given to him why he needs to get behind the bill .. ridiculous.. FOR/AGAINST.. in a pigs eye!
