TERRI SCHIAVO MARCH 2005 DAILIES Fla's Til of the Hun Sets March Date to Starve Terri

Terri's Freepers,

Judge George Greer denied Terri's parents' Motion for a Stay to protect their daughter's life while there are still pending issues in this LIFE AND DEATH MATTER. In addition the Department of Children and Family Services made a surprise visit to the court hearing the other day and asked Judge Greer if they could approach the bench. Judge Greer denied DCF the opportunity to speak. DCF asked for 60 days to conduct a complete investigation of allegations that have surfaced in the form of a Complaint to their agency.

What was set in motion instead? On Friday, February 25th, Judge Greer REFUSED TO issue another Stay because he was "not comfortable" issuing a say to protect a Ward of the State but instead "set a date certain" (on his calendar at least, not on mine) to BEGIN THE BARBARIC, ANTI-AMERICAN, STARVATION-DEHYDRATION SLOW MURDER OF TERRI.

Attorney Gibbs for Terri's parents held a press conference after J. Greer's order that was so tastefully written to indicate that "he was giving the Schindlers until March 18th so they could "prepare for Last Rites." Attorneys Gibbs called this ruling and prior rulings "Hitler-resque". Indeed.

If Judge Greer wasn't LEGALIZING EUTHANASIA in his courtroom, why any need for Last Rites? Greer's urgency to fulfill this killing places urgency on every one of us to lobby Governor Bush, Florida's House and Florida's Senate.

A Judge in America is ordering the manner of someone's death, a disabled woman who is healthy but needs rehabilitation.

Time is short so we don't really have time to get into Greer's mind to see why he is Florida's Til of the Hun.

What can we do?

1. LOBBY TO SAVE TERRI

2. HELP BUMP THIS THREAD.

3. POST ARTICLES YOU SEE ABOUT TERRI.

4. VISIT PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA AND VIGIL WITH US AT HOSPICE WOODSIDE.

5. VISIT TALLAHASSEE AND LOBBY IN THE HALLS OF THE LEGISLATURE.

6. HOLD A DEMONSTRATION AT THE GOVERNOR'S MANSION.

7. Join the Message Board that freepers started at the Crystal Cathedral/Hour of Power. TELL YOUR CHURCH ABOUT TERRI.

8. Tell your friends that Terri is alert and aware of her surroundings and to visit www.terrisfight.org to see her videos.

9. PETITIONS. We will gather current Petitions here for you. At this time, you can sign a SAVE TERRI PETITION AT www.renewamerica.us. THERE ARE ALSO IMPEACH GREER PETITIONS ABOUT.

Finally, the Pope has no Living Will. He will be SAFE as long as he stays away from George Greer's courtroom. The Pope is in our thoughts and prayers and he knows of Terri. He wants Terri to be freed from oppression and from a painless death by starvation-dehyration.

THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO EVERY DAY, THE PAY ISN'T VERY GOOD BUT THE FRINGE BENEFITS ARE THE GREATEST. You are Great Americans and liberty is Terri's and freedom from oppression. Freepers, that is the big payoff if we continue our daunting task.

Terri's family is grateful to you and all of your prayers are being heard by the Giver of Life.

This is Terri's Fight and the battle is enjoined. JOIN US TO SAVE TERRI FROM FORCES THAT HAVE BUT ONE GOAL THAT IS AGAINST EVERYTHING AMERICAN.

GUIDELINES: If you want to start frivolous discussions, please start your own thread in chat.

If you like something from www.theempirejournal.com, please do not post the entire article at Free Republic. Unless I hear otherwise, I believe that we are allowed to post the title and link. TEJ is a great team member of Terri's network. Thanks, TEJ for making a difference and for getting the truth out there.

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR CONTACT INFO, IT IS ON THE WAY. Thanks, floriduh voter

I just listened to three hours of Rolley James talking about Terri with a heck of a terrific hour by TEJ!!

THEN, right after the three enlightening hours, I heard the news on the same station, Philadelphia 1210 AM, talk about the Terri Schiavo Right-to-DIE case. This is NOT about the right-to-die; this is about the right to LIVE. Terri wants to LIVE.

Or maybe they should call it the right to commit murder.

"Not only did Terri say she wanted to die, she indicated cremation, with her ashes returned to Pennsylvania."

Well of course she said these things, don't all 20-something year olds talk about death and plan their funerals? Yeh, sure they do. (SARCASM!)

It is disgusting that Greer once again denied Terri justice, and Felos was chanting like a demon over it , but, I'm not surprised.

It is disturbing that Felos has taken to openly mocking God, as that sort of thing doesn't usually work out too well, Biblically speaking anyway. He obviously has no fear of God. We live in a strange & evil time.

I have to say that I am disappointed with the lack of action and coverage by those who have the ability to reach people.

Do they not know that she will be starved and dehydrated again starting March 18th at 1:00 pm?

How can they let ghouls do this to her again?

Where are you Jeb? You and anyone else need to help now, not wait til the tube is out.

Does anyone find it the least bit suspicious that husband wants wants her cremated with no autopsy? Helllllooooooo, wake up!!!

You understand the important stuff here. :)

A general 'Bump!' moves the thread to the top of the 'latest posts' page, thereby exposing it to more viewers.

I 'Bump!' sometimes referring to specific posts (or repeating them) to draw attention to the report they contain or action information they provide.

The Register

Tuesday, 08 March 2005 NEWS FLASH: The Register legal committee concludes American Court System in crisis, leads the way to address it:
After one unnamed office aide to Florida State Representative, John Stargel, informed The Register that there had not been any constituent requests to being an impeachment proceeding (e.g., to "impeach Greer" or any other judge), as outlined in the State Constitution (see story below), it was discovered that the "online petitions" to impeach a judge while a great morale booster, were not being effective to their stated goal -to get rid of bad judges. Therefore, staff at The Register researched the proper method. For any person wishing to impeach a judge, it is suggested that you contact your state representative, as Editor-in-Chief, Gordon W. Watts, has done. Click here for the letter in Microsoft Word 97 format ( http://hometown.aol.com/gww1210/myhomepage/letter_to_representatives.doc / http://www.geocities.com/gordon_watts32313/letter_to_representatives.doc ) which was sent by conventional postal mail, or here for the letter, in "web page" format, ( http://hometown.aol.com/gww1210/myhomepage/letter_to_representatives.html / http://www.geocities.com/gordon_watts32313/letter_to_representatives.html ) showing what was sent by e-mail.
Monday, 07 March 2005 David Allen, host of The David Allen Show heard on WJGR: 1320 AM, "The Patriot," Where your opinion counts, has asked The Register to post contact information for Florida State Representatives.
There have been many misguided attempts to initiate impeachment proceedings against the various judges involved in the Terri Schiavo case. To begin with, the appeal court judges bear even more responsibility than circuit judge, George Greer, because they have higher authority. Secondly, the attempts to impeach many judges has resulted in "online petitions" galore; However, in Florida, there are only two constitutionally acceptable forms of addressing the misconduct of judges. One is through the Judicial Qualifications Commission. The Florida Bar erroneously claims here that the JQC is the only body that can investigate judicial misconduct: "Under the Florida Constitution, only the Judicial Qualifications Commission has authority to investigate complaints against Florida judges. Persons wishing to file a complaint should address materials to: Judicial Qualifications Commission 1110 Thomasville Road Tallahassee, FL 32303 (850) 488-1581" ~ However, THE FLORIDA BAR is incorrect: The Florida Constitution, under Article III, Section 17: Impeachment Proceedings, ( http://flsenate.gov/Statutes/index.cfm?Mode=Constitution&Submenu=3&Tab=statutes#A03S17 ) also may investigate bad judges. Just like the U.S. House impeached former President, Bill Clinton, and the U.S. Senate tried and convicted him, finally imposing a minor reprimand as punishment, the State House may impeach, and the State Senate may try. ~ Therefore, when David Allen became aware of the movement among citizens who are saying that "enough is enough" with respect to judicial misconduct, he asked The Register to post links to the contact information of Florida State Representatives. If you live in Florida, and you want a judge -or a group of judges -impeached, then you are advised to NOT sign any petition -until after you have contacted both the JQC (see above) and your State Representative -via some methods listed below:

http://www.myfloridahouse.gov/legislators.aspx (The official state site - look down the list, or click the "Find Your Representative" icon in the top right, and enter your zip code.)

https://mmm1108.verio-web.com/flor54/vpkwritenow.html (This is a private website, and you must trust the website to really send the email. This method is not preferred. Instead, it is suggested you look in the front of your local telephone book for your state representative. Your state senator can not initiate impeachment proceedings in Florida, only your representative; the senate, however, does try the defendants, that is, the judges who terrorize Joe Average Citizen.)

http://action.csgv.org/legdirectory (This private website is user-friendly. It is suggested that you enter your address, and the site takes you to a page showing who your representatives are.)

http://action.csgv.org/legdirectory/Index.asp?step=6&state=FL&chamber=003 (This site is similar to the above, but you must sift through the list to find your representative; If you don't know your representative's name, you'd better break out the local telephone book, and look in the "blue pages" in the front, right before the white pages.)

http://www.nssflorida.org/fl_house.shtml (This site is my personal favorite: The National Space Society provides this contact information for Florida legislators with the stated hopes of people advocating in letter writing activities "in support of space exploration and the nations vision for space exploration." ~~~ Scroll on down in this very pretty page to view photographs and data on your local legislator -if you know his/her name.)

If you live in Florida and you wish to let your voice be heard with respect to renegade, loose-cannonball judges, then you will at least try to contact your Florida State Representative and the JQC with respect to impeachment proceedings.

"Evil triumphs when good men do nothing." - Edmund Burke [1729-1797] ~ If you do not make the effort, then by your actions, you have shown yourself to support the highly-paid state judges who will do anything they please to you when you enter their courtroom.

Friday, 25 February 2005 Florida Supreme Court splits 4-3 on surprise last-minute filing in Terri Schiavo Case
While many parties have become involved in the Terri Schiavo case, there has been much activity under the radar, not reported by the mainstream press.
LAKELAND, FL (The Register) Terri Schiavo supporters have been bolstered by a surprise, last-minute filing from an unexpected source...

Wednesday, 23 February 2005: New filings today in the Terri Schiavo case defy news media who have said that Register Editor, Gordon Watts, does not have legal standing to proceed: While many have made fun of Watts' efforts in court, the Florida Supreme Court has refused to dismiss the Habeas Corpus proceedings brought by Watts, and they have sat in court since late 2003. Due to the recent turn of events in the Schiavo case, many have asked Watts to petition the courts to put his court filings on a fast track before it is too late. Click on the HomeTown/AOL Mirror here or on the Yahoo!/GeoCities Mirror here for detail of this case.

Friday the 15th of Oct. 2004: THIS JUST IN: Fla. Dept. of Revenue Guns for Michael Schiavo
No other news agency gets scoop

Why did the Fla. Dept. of Revenue do an MSN Search for the court records of Terri Schiavo?

While it is obvious that A Website tracker has done double caller ID on the Dept. of Revenue --seeing who visited and who referred them --in which they clicked on The Register's home pages and browsed around, what is not so obvious is why. (Hint to the reader: You can take the "204.89.69.44" and the "204.89.69.14" numbers and go to the ARIN Whois database and look up the IP addresses to see who owns them. In this case, the Florida Dept. of Revenue can surf the net on it's block from: 204.89.64.0 to 204.89.127.255.)

While our investigators do not know for sure, three theories emerge:

1) The rumors that Mike Schiavo has taken out a hefty insurance policy on his wife, with the intent to deprive her of antibiotics and kill her, and collect, abound, and are discussed right here.

2) The fact that Mike Schiavo is on record as having violated this felony law, s.825.103 might seem interesting to the Dept. of Revenue --because, while the police have never charge him with this crime, Mr. Schiavo is on record with the Court System as having his award money for his lawyer' fees --and for using Terri's award money for his lawyers' fees. He is permitted under the State Law to use the $300,000 he won for whatever legal purpose he wanted, but since the court orders from the medical malpractice trial jury were for the approx. 700,000 dollars for Terri to be used only on her medical care, this constitutes a first degree felony within the meaning of s.825.103.

3) The Register's favorite theory is that the class 2 and class 3 felonies committed by Michael, and outlined in this brief posted on this page and also on The Fla. Supreme Court's website, and posted right here may have something to do with it, combined with the fact that Terri is illegally detained at a hospice, when she is not terminal and continually denied retained rights to an attorney and standard medical rehabilitation.

One thing is certain: Only four people know - Mike Schiavo, his attorney, the Fla. Dept. of Insurance investigator -and God!

In God we trust. One nation under God. So help me God. God bless the USA.

God help us!

The Tampa Tribune printed the below article today. Attorney George Felos is very worried that the Florida legislature will pass a law that will help people in Terri's situtation.

Judge Begins Ruling On Schindlers' Requests

By DAVID SOMMER dsommer@tampatrib.com
Mar 8, 2005

http://news.tbo.com/news/MGBBE8SI16E.html

CLEARWATER - The judge in the Terri Schiavo case heard arguments Monday over whether she should be fed orally if her feeding tube is removed on March 18.
Judge George Greer said he will decide today whether to hear medical testimony or simply deny the request for oral feeding from parents Bob and Mary Schindler.

Greer denied most of the Gulfport couple's requests for changes in the way their son- in-law plans to handle his wife's death, but the judge did leave them room for hope, Schindler attorney David Gibbs said after the first in what could be a weeklong series of hearings.

Gibbs likened the situation to that of Karen Ann Quinlan, a comatose New Jersey woman who started breathing on her own after being removed from a respirator in 1976 and survived for nine years.

``There is no reason why a court order ruling out life- support must become a death sentence,'' Gibbs said.

A new form of therapy that uses electrical impulses to stimulate throat muscles has shown remarkable success in training brain-damaged people to swallow, Gibbs said.

Michael Schiavo contends his wife will never be able to swallow after severe brain damage suffered when her heart failed 15 years ago at age 26. He has been battling his in- laws in court for permission to remove her from life support since 1997.

After a January 2000 nonjury trial, Greer ruled that evidence showed Terri Schiavo would not want to be kept alive in her condition. That finding has been upheld repeatedly by appellate courts.

If the Schindlers were to try to feed their daughter orally, she would aspirate food into her lungs and contract a massive infection, Schiavo attorney George Felos said. ``Instead of having a painless, short death, she'd have a long, gruesome death.''

Felos also expressed concern Monday about a proposed bill in the Legislature that would block the scheduled removal of Terri Schiavo's life-sustaining feeding tube on March 18.

In October 2003, the Legislature passed a bill that allowed Gov. Jeb Bush to order feeding resumed six days after her feeding tube was removed on court order. That measure has been struck down as unconstitutional.

Felos urged those who support his client to contact their legislators, a tactic used by Schindler supporters in 2003 and again this year.

``If it happened once, it can happen again,'' Felos said of the Legislature's attempt to change law to save Schiavo.

The judge did grant the Schindlers some victories Monday. Terri Schiavo can receive Communion as part of the Catholic rite of Extreme Unction through her feeding tube before it is removed, and, if doctors allow it, a priest can put a drop of wine and a particle of Communion wafer on her tongue when death draws near, the judge ruled Monday.

He also said the parents may have photographs and videos taken with their daughter, allowed for the appointment of a medical witness to ensure she is not in pain while dying, and said Michael Schiavo cannot block visits by the Schindlers and their children.

Greer denied the Schindlers' request that their daughter not be cremated and said he would not overrule Michael Schiavo's plans to have her ashes buried in their native Pennsylvania, though she and the Schindlers live in Florida.

Another hearing is scheduled for this afternoon to determine whether two new Schindler challenges meet the legal threshold for Greer to reconsider whether the tube should be removed.

The Schindlers want new medical tests and say Greer erred in 2000 when he discounted a key witnesses based on the erroneous belief that Quinlan died in 1976.

On Wednesday, Greer is scheduled to consider a request from the state Department of Children & Families that he delay the feeding tube's removal while the agency investigates allegations that Schiavo has been abused by her husband.

On February 25, 2005, Judge Greer denied a motion for an emergency stay filed by the Schindler family of his February 11, 2000 order to remove nutrition and hydration from Terri Schiavo. Yesterday, March 7, 2005, the Schindlers filed an appeal to the 2nd District Court of Appeals. A summary of their argument follows:

The trial court committed both state and federal constitutional error when it refused to void its February 11, 2000 order authorizing, as the Ward’s proxy, the discontinuance of Mrs. Schiavo’s assisted feeding.

The judge’s participation as the Ward’s “proxy” denied the appellants and the Ward due process of law as guaranteed by the Florida Constitution, Article I/9 and the United States Constitution, amendment XIV.

The judge’s participation as the Ward’s “Proxy” denied both the appellants and the Ward the most rudimentary elements of due process of law, including notice and an opportunity to be heard, the right of access to the court, the right to effective representation of her personal interests and the right to representation by counsel having no loyalty to the interests of any other party.

The judge’s participation as the Ward’s “proxy” denied Terri Schiavo her right to privacy under Art I/23 of the Florida Constitution.

The judge’s encroachment upon legislative powers denied the appellants and the Ward due process of law as guaranteed by the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution.

The trial court committed both state and federal constitutional error when it refused to void its February 11, 2000 order because Mrs. Schiavo was denied a full and fair opportunity to defend her right to privacy under the Florida Constitution.

Mrs. Schiavo was denied her right to privacy by noncompliance with the specific provisions of Florida Statute 744.3215(1)(k), (l), (n) and (o) relating to procedural due process.

Mrs. Schiavo was denied her rights under Florida Statute 744.3725(1).

The trial court erred by not holding that Mrs. Schiavo was denied her Florida Constitution Article 1/9 and United States Constitution amendment XIV rights to representation of her interests by independent counsel.

The petition to impeach Greer hasn't been turned in to the House because of the amount of sigs it has on it. I was hoping it would have at least 10,000 by today when the legislators returned to work. At present it has 4366 sigs.

If folks think it's time to send it to the House as is, just say the word!
