Yep, when I see someone attempting to starve and dehydrate an innocent young woman to death, I judge them to be a murderer. If he doesn't want people to think of him as a murderer, he needs to stop trying to murder Terri.

This non-judgmentalism argument is carried to such extremes. We wouldn't be able to live our lives unless we made judgments.

I didn't post that info. although I have seen it before.. he harrassed a woman or got in a fight with a woman but I don't know the result. Not sure what it has to do with Terri but I knew Wolfson was biased from the start.
YES there was. I'm just getting in, and only doing quick check in, but YES. It was of great concern -- coming just around the time that the Schindlers were barred from seeing her and the time she had her 5 teeth extracted.
Furthermore, I know that DCF received (many, they said) complaints in Oct '03 beyond that she was being starved/dehydrated.

Through their HIV program, there is other connections of course.
Have you been able to find out anything on the medicaid angle. I remember we raised cane over the hospice to deaf ears but is Terri still on Medicaid and legally, should they have put her on Medicaid while she still has money in the bank
