YES there was. I'm just getting in, and only doing quick check in, but YES. It was of great concern -- coming just around the time that the Schindlers were barred from seeing her and the time she had her 5 teeth extracted.

Furthermore, I know that DCF received (many, they said) complaints in Oct '03 beyond that she was being starved/dehydrated.
