Judge George Greer denied Terri's parents' Motion for a Stay to protect their daughter's life while there are still pending issues in this LIFE AND DEATH MATTER. In addition the Department of Children and Family Services made a surprise visit to the court hearing the other day and asked Judge Greer if they could approach the bench. Judge Greer denied DCF the opportunity to speak. DCF asked for 60 days to conduct a complete investigation of allegations that have surfaced in the form of a Complaint to their agency.

What was set in motion instead? On Friday, February 25th, Judge Greer REFUSED TO issue another Stay because he was "not comfortable" issuing a say to protect a Ward of the State but instead "set a date certain" (on his calendar at least, not on mine) to BEGIN THE BARBARIC, ANTI-AMERICAN, STARVATION-DEHYDRATION SLOW MURDER OF TERRI.

Attorney Gibbs for Terri's parents held a press conference after J. Greer's order that was so tastefully written to indicate that "he was giving the Schindlers until March 18th so they could "prepare for Last Rites." Attorneys Gibbs called this ruling and prior rulings "Hitler-resque". Indeed.

If Judge Greer wasn't LEGALIZING EUTHANASIA in his courtroom, why any need for Last Rites? Greer's urgency to fulfill this killing places urgency on every one of us to lobby Governor Bush, Florida's House and Florida's Senate.

A Judge in America is ordering the manner of someone's death, a disabled woman who is healthy but needs rehabilitation.

Time is short so we don't really have time to get into Greer's mind to see why he is Florida's Til of the Hun.

Somebody alot smarter than me please help me out here. Am I making any sense?

I wish I had a better grasp of the english language but the only way a person can prove that they are conscious is if they tell you they are. Brain function doesn't tell you if they are able to think to themselves. (i.e. talk to themselves in their head) they must be able to communicate that they are conscious.

What I'm grasping at is how we can tell if a person has conscious thought and what the real definition of conscious thought is.

To me conscious thought can only be demonstarted or proven if someone is able to communicate to themselves by thinking to themselves or to someone else by talking or writting or sign language and the only way this can be accomplished is if the person is awake and can say or write the words "I am awake and I am able to think.

I've rewritten this a few times over but I'm still not able to make my point to myself and to you as the reader.

Maybe if I ask the question...How can a person prove they are conscious?

All I remember was the last time where he recently was questioned by the media after the Florida Supreme Court ruled against the so-called "Terri's Law" I was watching him at some press conference for something else and someone asked him about Terri .. his ghost face reaction and shirking back from responsibility in his face, actions, words, etc. took me aback. I am going to see if I can find that video so I can show it to you. It made me think.. this guy is my Governor? It was like he was scared and also being a coward in his response.. needless to say I didn't like what I saw in his reaction, etc.

But how can it be proved? I can observe that you are conscious because we are communicating and you can observe the same in me becasue I am communicating with you. But if i'm asleep or unconscious then I can't prove it to you. The only way you can prove it is by saying I am conscious.

If a person can not speak or write or do sign laguage then how do you know they are concious?

I'm defining consciousness as thought in that I think to myself and reason with myself (I know I'm conscious) or I'm communicating to another (they know I'm conscious).

Like I said before how can it be proven or demonstrated. The answer is it can only be done by me communicating either me telling you via talking or writing it down or sign language.

Quiet judge persists in Schiavo maelstrom

Excerpts from today's article on Judge Greer:

"As a judge, there's always the fear that you're going to miss something and somebody is going to get hurt," Greer said. "It happens in all cases. When you make those kind of decisions, there's very little you can do to be 100 percent certain because you never have 100 percent of the facts."

Greer is a Southern Baptist who attended Calvary Baptist Church in Clearwater. But his attendance faltered after a Baptist publication the church supported became highly critical of him, he said.

Greer, who said he had other unrelated problems with the church, said he explained to a deacon, "If I don't like what the St. Pete Times writes about me, my only recourse is to cancel my subscription." So he stopped his donations to the church, though he is still a member.

"What's so exasperating is that my faith is based on forgiveness because that's what God did," Greer said. "When I see people in my faith being extremely judgmental, it's very disconcerting."

"My oath is to follow the law, and if I can't follow the law, I need to step down," he said.

Judge Greer told the reporter that he will retire after his current six year term ends.

Any way to find out how long his eyesight has been that "awful"?

His job is to follow the oath----and the law. He hasn't done either. He didn't file the proper oath, didn't qualify for office, then lied and signed a false statement saying that he did. He violated campaign finance and election law and got his cronies Bernie McCabe and Everett Rice to illegally use the influence of their office to endorse him. George Greer obivously thinks he's above that law. Not only doesn't he not follow the oath, he has no clue what the law is, judicial canons and certainly not the Constitution. He has made a mockery out of the judicial system. He is the poster child for judicial tyranny. He obviously doesn't think the judicial canons are applicable to him because he repetitively violates them. Giving an interview to the St. Pete Times where his wife supposedly works at the height of a case that he sits on is a violation of judicial code too. Pack up your black robe, Georgie. The best thing that could be done to attempt to restore some dignity to the judicial system is for you to recuse yourself.

While this is without a doubt not the existence or future Terri or her family would have chosen for her, she is -- to all accounts -- not in pain or miserable. Terri goes goo~goo eyes over Attorney Gibbs

Last night at hospice Terri's father, Robert Schindler and Attorney Gibbs visited with Terri. Mr. Schindler was the first to enter Terri's room, approaching Terri on her right. As always, Terri was delighted to see her Dad until Mr. Schindler announced that Mr. Gibbs was with him.

Mr. Gibbs moved closer to Terri's left greeting her with, "Hello Terri."

Terri, hearing Mr. Gibb's deep voice immediately turned to her left to look at him. Terri's Dad stated that once she eyed Mr. Gibbs that was the end of his visit with her because she was no longer interested in anything he had to say to her..."she was goo-goo eyes over Attorney Gibbs."

Mr. Schindler then exclaimed, "Terri, Terri, look at me. I've come here to see you as well and now you cannot take your eyes off of Attorney Gibbs, what am I chopped liver?" Terri responded with laughter to her father's comment but her eyes remained focused on Mr. Gibbs.

Bob said,"Well, Cheryl that's the last time I will be taking Mr. Gibbs along with me since my daughter did not hear anything I had to say once he had her attention."
