Even if that helped Terri, that wouldn't help the thousands of others who will share her fate if the corruption in this case isn't exposed.

We can't copy and paste. They are telling the Judge that he CANNOT terminate the Ward's life before their investigation is complete and that will take at least 60 days. The complaint itself is 30 pages long and contains 30 detailed allegations of abuse, neglect or exploitation. The 30-page complaint will not be made public to protect the person(s) who contacted the hot line. The legal document presented to Greer today is 11 pages long.
My mind is blown. It looks like Terri is going to be saved. Nothing Greer can do about it. Michael Schiavo and his attorneys will be exposed for the monsters they are.
They question is....will Gibb at that point clearly demonstrate how the prior investigations began but were NEVER finished because each was thwarted by Michael REFUSING ACCESS to his prisoner, Terri.
I do NOT UNDERSTAND HOW IN THE Michael could do that.
Not to mention the FACE that many in the DCF, and attn LaBelle were ALL CAMPAIGN CONTRIBUTERS to Greer, the death monger who cannot be bothered to even MEET the woman he would kill.

Greta finally had the Schindlers and their attorney on. She actually had something new on the case.
Evidently the Judge had dismissed the testimony of Terri's friend about watching the Karen Ann Quinlan case with Terri because it was thought that Karen died before 1981. It turn out that she lived for many years after the movie was made.

The attorney said if this was a capital murder case, it would be overturned, but he didn't know how Judge Greer would rule. Terri's life is being determined in a civil case.

I don't know if that would fit with His plan. Perhaps it might--I have no 'inside knowledge'. But since it seems likely that save-Terri momentum will build until she's out of danger and then subside, I would think it best if the energy were directed toward a legislative solution that would save all the "Terri"s out there. Such a solution is needed, and it would seem most likely to come to fruition if its doing so would benefit Terri.
I do not get cable. I really don't think the KAQ motion will go anywhere, though. Terri could punch Terri in the nose and all Felos would have to do is get a "doctor" to testify that it was "just reflex" and Greer would still insist that Terri be killed.
