I think Canada has a Yahoo! group to handle that: CanadaLaunchConsultation or "Click!" W. has to start a thread there: "Can the US launch a missile at that incoming ICBM? Quick response appreciated!"
They will give a speech about their "moral superiority" taking precedence over our defending our nation and saving lives.
If we detect a missle headed toward Canadian soil we should notify the Canadians by mail postage due. If its heading toward us shoot it down and screw the Canadians..like what are they going to do about it invade the US?
tell 'em "Sure thing" and go on without them in our plans.
