Once again, it seems as if conservatives have a monopoly on common sense. Glad to know that intelligent conservativism transcends national borders.

If we ignore their protests what can Canada do about it?
Can't we all get along? How about a compromise -- we won't shoot down the ones that look likely to land in Canada?
They guy is certifiable.
I hope the Canadian people see this and turn him out.
So, what are they going to do about it.

Here's a thought. If a rocket is headed our way we're going to knock it down. Then Canada can send a strongly worded protect to the UN.

Tell them no problem if we determine from projectory analysis that the missle will hit Canada, we will mail them a notice - however, if projections suggest it will hit the U.S., we also will mail them a request but take such actions as are in our interests.
What will they do about it if we do?
Attack us with Mounties, Moosehead, Molson and moose?
Maybe we'll get lucky and Jung-Il will miss us and hit Canada instead.
We could buzz their airspace with a half-deflated Goodyear blimp, and they would be powerless to do anything about it.

Hello, sorry but we here at the US Government are not able to answer your call at this time. We see a missle, probably nuclear, headed for Quebec. It should be detonating in the next 15 minutes or so.
