[Martin] insisted on Friday that Washington must consult it before firing rockets into Canadian airspace.

Here's a thought. If a rocket is headed our way we're going to knock it down. Then Canada can send a strongly worded protect to the UN.

Yeah! And they can tell the UN they are deeply concerned, too! And then the UN can send a message back to the Canadians, and the message will tell the Canadians that the UN is MORE deeply concerned that the Canadians are about this issue!
