You make a very good point here.
She is living with the assistance of her fellow man...kind of like the people who operate the grocery store you shop for food at, or the people who designed and built the refrigerator you keep it in. We are all, for the most part dependant on one another for our needs.
We can stop allowing diabetics to use insulin, stop using chemotherapy, stop all Csections, and stop all antibiotic use, for that matter.

My father in law had two severe strokes and was left in a semi-vegetative state.
Two years later, with much prayer, love and therapy, he is living happily in his own home with his loving wife, walking with a single prong cane, able to play with his grandchildren, and eat and drink on his own. He's not "perfect" to the rest of the world (egads he still drools!), but he is perfect to us.
We never had the right (or desire) to kill him by starving him to death and I cannot imagine the evil in the heart of someone who would even suggest such a thing. Like another poster said, "I will err on the side of life." These past two years have not always been easy, but I will be thankful to God for all eternity that we've had these last two years with him.
It was my direct experience that the owner of this very forum uses a wheelchair. Hmmm. And he has changed the face of the country directly by providing this forum.
Heh. You need to work on your logic. I wasn't the one making a claim. Sorry to be the one to break it to you but logically speaking, the onus is on you to back up a claim like "she's suffering".

They attack the core of Christian belief, that all are made in His image, by suggesting that some images have become too imperfect to be allowed life. And that is what this is all really about, at the bottom line.
Right, droolers, and diaper wearers, as well as the tube fed and disabled must all be killed! They wouldn't really want to live like this!

He, as the decision maker, is saying she is brain dead or comotose. He is lying, as is evident from those videos you hate, the fact that she laughs at jokes and grins at her mother, and makes goo-goo eyes at her lawyer. Therefore if he is lying, he must have an ulterior motive, and should not be the deicison maker.

I don't hate those videos, I just don't buy into the fact that she smiles within the first 5 minutes of a balloon being thrust in front of her.
