For the freedom you enjoyed yesterday...
Thank the Veterans
who served in the United States Armed Forces.
Good morning Troops!
Themeless Thursday Feb. 24, 2005!
We're in the clouds today!
Clouds are interesting!! There are many kinds of clouds.
Behind this cartoon cloud are Lenticular Clouds.
Some of us are in the clouds most of the time. I'm sure writer 33 would attest to that as fact. Of course, he would be thinking about the Queen of no Theme, bentfeather.
Many of our FReepers are pilots, they love being in the clouds.
On this day... Operation Desert Storm Ground Campaign Began (1991).
Learning more about clouds.

Don't you know all the nuts get behind a wheel in bad weather?

The air feels a lot cooler than the 52 on the temps bar. We have 88% humidity and the wind is blowing fairly strong. No T'storms in the area now, but more expected later today.

Morning,
We only got a couple inches of snow although we were predicted to get 4-7. I am shocked that the weatherman was wrong, totally shocked! LOL!

My "Quicktime" emblem shows a little torn corner. And it didn't play.
I saw this same thing yesterday on one of the other songs, and figured it was posted wrong. I have heard all the rest except those two. I don't know what to call it, because I'm not very puter literate..........;-/

Wow, well take it easy out ther from the snow.
we're gonna see if there are any other treats for us to give the dog. The vets that our family go to say we shouldn't give dog rawhide bones all the time to chew on and that's what he's been doing every morning.
We let hime in and he sits on my lap and chews the bone every morning.

Our vet says not to give our doggies rawhide chews either.
He says there is no particular reason, just that they may swallow a large chunk and choke.
But it keeps mine busy instead of chewing funiture. So I give them the flat square ones to chew.
I figure it's "just one of those things I disagree with the vet on", issues.

I'm not sure about hitting a "milestone", I've wrestled with this to where I feel like I've crashed through a brick wall. LOL I can't see the red x on my end, so I never know if I'm doing it right unless some kind soul takes pity on me and tells me the dreded red x is appearing. LOL

Yep, WelshLass and I were talking about that yesterday. They get paid big bucks to predict a 50% chance of precip. Plus all the doppler, super duper, street by street tracking so we can still get it wrong equipment is amusing.
To: WelshLass
Well....you have done far more than me! And she looks beautiful! Dancing and twirling around like that!
You're doing great!
No red x here! ;-)

Don't give up yet. I'm in SW Maryland (Charles Co.) and we already have over 3 inches and it is still snowing. It is moving from south to north. So, people further north should be getting more as the day progresses.
