Don't give up yet. I'm in SW Maryland (Charles Co.) and we already have over 3 inches and it is still snowing. It is moving from south to north. So, people further north should be getting more as the day progresses.
Thanks for the update--I'm in what NYC folks call upstate NY; upstate is really farther north, but to the Manhattanites anything north of the Hudson is "upstate"!
So hopefully we will be seeing some white stuff soon; got the wood ready by the woodstove, made a nice big batch of venison chili; good coffee beans for me and hot chocolate for my daughter: we are ready for it!!
