I'm wondering if the company who paid MS off on the contingency of caring for his wife can counter sue for the money, since he's done nothing of the sort as to what he testified to?

That would be nice, but as long as he enjoys judicial protection, he's almost untouchable.

My thoughts exactly. Why should the estranged husband, Michael Schiavo get the money he refused to use to rehabilitate Terri? The money should go back to whoever made it available.

Has anyone a photo of the mistress Jodi? Seems she has been kept under wraps. So Terri's supporters won't recognize her if she joins them?

Lots of interesting stuff in that deposition. I guess this was when the dispute between him and her parents began over the award $ - I didn't realize they went to court over it.

All the more reason to let her parents care for her at their home. She shouldn't be in a hospice, and her parents can be easily trained to take care of her. They would be able to provide BETTER care than she's been receiving for the last dozen years!

I believe that the Schindlers have looked into this angle, and the company is now defunct.They were bought out or liquidated years ago. I'm sure they'd love their money back, though.

Seems there are things Michael Schiavo can be investigated for or charged with such as: perjury, obtaining money under false claims, fraud, bigamy (if Florida recognizes common-law marriages), cauisng Terri's condition, etc.

The man has got to be Mrs. Schindler's brother. He looks just like Mary! According to the article they are Claudia and Michael Tammaro. Tammaro must be Mary Schindler's maiden name.
