I'm wondering if the company who paid MS off on the contingency of caring for his wife can counter sue for the money, since he's done nothing of the sort as to what he testified to?I believe that the Schindlers have looked into this angle, and the company is now defunct. They were bought out or liquidated years ago. I'm sure they'd love their money back, though.

Something just clicked. I wonder just *when* that company went defunct. Perhaps this was around the same time MS started pushing for her death?
