Has Terri's legal team pursued the question of Michael's testimony before the malpractice jury, and compared it to the the 180 he did to get a court to order the murder of Terri Schindler?

forgive me for being skeptical, but I've never heard "part I" before. Can you provide sources?
Thanks.

I still say that anyone wanting to pull her feeding tube be forced to go 3 days without liquid intake to get an idea of how it feels...

Terri Ping!!
Thoughtful article!

Prayers are going up for Terrie.
I have a niece who a year ago ended up similar to Terrie. She was in a coma for a month but when she came out of it she eventually was able to talk. She is not able to move on her own, or go to the bathroom or feed herself. She has seizures and they have to keep her heavily medicated in order to keep her body from thrashing around.
When her brother went to see her she told him she didn't want to die.

I rarely post here but wanted to say what a great article on the legal flip flop. Here is a link to what ran in the St. Petersburg Times after the malpractice award. Makes very interesting reading especially where the attorney for the SCHIAVO's makes the point that, "you can tell she has some sense of her predicament."

Michael also had the feeding tubes of his own parents removed. I don't know how much his inheritance was. Strange that no photos of his mistress Jodi have shown up anywhere.

Time to repeat my little verse:
Georgie Greer, your soul is black;
You pick on girls who can't fight back.
When Terri begged communion bread,
You pulled her feeding tube instead.
For those who weren't tuned in at the time, Judge Greer specifically prohibited Terri from taking last communion. He would not even give her the comfort of communing with God before the death he ordered for her.
