February 24 (Thursday): 6 p.m. The Fordham Law Republicans are sponsoring a screening of the short documentary "Brainwashing 101." The film, which analyzes political correctness on college campuses, was recently named one of the ten best documentaries of 2004 by the Liberty Film Festival. "Brainwashing 101" will be shown in the McNally Amphitheater of Fordham Law School at 140 West 62nd Street (between Columbus & Amsterdam). A question-and-answer session with director Evan Coyne Maloney will follow the screening. If you are not able to attend the screening, you can view or download the film online at www.academicbias.com. Admission is Free.

Great catch!
ok, sounds like a good place to take a date! I'll have to post on Craig's List.
It is in the news. And Ollie's Noodle House is just up on Broadway.
From time to time, Ill ping on noteworthy items about politics, foreign and military affairs. FReepmail me if you want on or off my list.
If you have high speed access or live close enough to NYC, this freebee on PC in academia looks interesting. I haven't viewed it yet, but IIRC, this filmmaker's ambition is to become the Michael Moore of the right.
WOO HOO! I was attending this campus (next to Lincoln Center) until May of last year for my MBA. Good to see at least some conservative activity going on at the "heathen" campus.
Vince Lombardi is the only Fordham Republican I had ever heard of.
One of the 7 Blocks of Granite.
Doctor Raoul got me to find this. It's great!

Well, at least he was when he attended Fordham.
-good times, G.J.P.(Jr.)
Try G Gordon Liddy and William Casey.
How come when you post this, it ends up in News/Activism, and when I post it, it goes into Vanity/Bloggers?
You can order your own DVD from Evan and hold your own screening.
Looks like Doc is up for going to Ollie's afterward (good Chinese place).

Boomerang22 February 2005>> Maybe you've heard about these billboards that will taunt Hollywood's glitterati as they shuffle into the Oscars for their annual festival of self-congratulation.Well, Anna of Liberty Belles decided to go out and ask some Hollywood residents what they thought of the signs. The resulting video, called Boomerang, shows that most people were a little confused.
But one thing's clear:
Anna's great on camera. I'm betting this won't be her last video...Emphasis and color added by RonDog;
praise from a such master videographer: priceless. :o)
