This little ditty is making the rounds on the anti-freeper boards:
"JimRob's "Electronic Orchard" And The Asian Sex Trade? posted by Anti-Freeper on 02/16/2005 at 14:09 .:. 251 times viewed .:. There are 53 replies. There Are rumors that Jim's old site "Electronic Orchard" was actually used to illegally sell Asian sex slaves to individuals in the United States.
I think, now that the blogosphere is kicking Rimmy's ass over the whole FR Immigration Purge fiasco, now is a good time to post any information CPers have about what "Electronic Orchard" REALLY was.
So please, if you have ANY information about what Jim was up to with Electronic Orchard, please post it here.
There are many Liberal websites and bloggers that would LOVE to have information about Electronic Orchard's history.
I looked on Google, but didn't find anything incriminating.
So if you know something please post it here.
Thanks."
ROFLMAO!!
Well, I've been in several business ventures in my life, but the sex slave trade was never one of them. I confess that I was a sailor in my youth and committed the sins of cussing, smoking, drinking, gambling and consorting with wild women, and for this I repent and beg forgiveness, but I've never traded in slavery - sex or otherwise.
And I can save anyone a lot of effort in research. I started Electronic Orchard after my consulting contract ran out with my old company, ProtoSource Corporation. E-Orchard was organized to offer programming and web site development services.
One of our first clients was a company called "Farm Tours" ( http://psnw.com/~farmtours/ ) and was referred to us by ProtoSource. He had a California farm tour company he wanted a website for. Simple enough. Then he said he and his wife also owned a resort in the Philippines (Virgin Beach Resort) and a pen pal "matching" service that he wanted web sites for. The idea was, he would be a matching service for American men who wanted to marry Filipino girls.
He maintained lists of Filipino girls wanting to marry Americans and would introduce them by mail. If the correspondence worked out, the interested men could join one of his tours to the Philippines and arrange to meet his pen pal.
The entire idea was to meet for matrimony purposes. In fact, this is the way our client met his own wife and their marriage worked out so well, he wanted to help others. The Filipinos are very proper and religious people. There was no sex slave trading involved.
At any rate, I set up the web site for the client on ProtoSource Network in 1997 and maintained it for the first year or so. He's had someone else maintain it for him ever since. I haven't been involved since '98 or so.
Well, whatever. LOL.
Asian sex slaves?! American sex slaves could do those jobs! End outsourcing now!
Now it begins! LOL
ROFL, still though mail order brides? Me love you long time.
Boy what a total waste of time, responding to the fatuous fantasies of anti-freepers. Ignore them.
Well "boom boom papasan". LOL
I can recall no time during my lifetime that they were not.
Well now maybe everyone will not think I'm so paranoid when I say the Dums and the msm have a plan to attack as many of their "ENEMIES" as they can find. They have been working hard on this one Jim. The War is engaged and everyone better have their asbestos underwear on.
OH, Brother! Lol
Glad we cleared that up, Sir.
Now, about W and those whips and chains.
JIM, Stay the course... YOU are an asset to this country.
Sweet, I found the site. http://www.jaderune.com/farout.html
You better hang on, they'll be coming after you full bore. Of that, there is no doubt.
Hmmm... I get the feeling you are too close to Jim Robinson of Free Republic! We must launch a full investigation into the real identity of this poster "Jim Robinson"!
Get me the two best investigative reporters the Washington Post can spare!
No, you are not. I have been sending up little warnings for some time.
What a sad statement on the state of the left that you felt you had to preemptively confess this!
You should get an award for the creation of FreeRepublic, the greatest information and knowledge resource there is.
Keep up the good work, Jim.
Cheers
Jim
