"Do not think that I came to bring peace on earth. I did not come to bring peace but a sword.
For I have come to 'set a man against his father, a daughter against her mother, a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law'; and 'a man's enemies will be those of hos own household.'
He who loves father or mother more than Me is now worthy of Me. And he who loves son or daughetr more than Me is not worthy of Me." -- Mathew 10:34-37
thanks for the weird-0 link!

Just Damn.
Anyways, I think it serves him right for going out and judging VP Cheney for loving his daughter.
Jesus said: "And he answered and said unto them, Have ye not read that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female, And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh? Wherefore, they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder." -from THE BIBLE: Matthew 19:4-6
Thank the Lord for godly parents like Alan Keyes and others who understand the depth of this issue.
we need straight activists to come out of the closet
What an opening paragraph. What media bias?
This woman's name is interesting -- why is her name "Maya Marcel-Keyes"? The placing of the hyphen seems to indicate that there is more than one paternal surname attached to her.
Is Maya actually Keyes' flesh and blood, or is she an adopted stepchild?
BTW -- Phyllis Schlafly has a gay son. It hasn't stopped her a bit. Same with the late Robert Knight. And of course, there's Ron the Lesser Reagan, who isn't gay, but might as well be.
I remember reading Dinesh D'Souza's biography of Ronald Reagan. Ron was shacking up with a girlfriend. Michael broke the news to their father, saying something like, "the good news is we know Ron isn't gay..." Apparently his father had doubts.
What a shame and embarrassment she is to a man of high character and honor, she was brought up to know the truth, and only the truth will set her free. She can't love her parents that much or she would have stayed in the closet.
She's probably trying to "rebel."

I can just see some smart-ass CBS reporter typing this story, chuckling and giggling all the way. Chances are you'd find better journalistic ethics at your local high-school newspaper than you will at CBS News. Maybe that's why their ratings are so anemic.
I have a "Valentine" for Dan Rather and all the other liberal hacks at CBS. It's a heart-shaped pink slip. Buh-bye!

ROTFLOL!
Sounds like the proper response. Choices have consequences.
I don't believe that he and his wife have stopped loving their daughter. They have set Godly standards and she has defied them. She's an adult. There's no reason why she should be living off Daddy and Mommy.
What always seems so phoney to me is that the media tell us there is nothing wrong with being gay- yet delight in "tattling" that someone is gay - esp when it is a conservative's family member. If it is no big deal... why a national story each time ?
He never did that. What he did was honestly and brillantly answer questions about why he was opposed to gay marriage. and the reporter twisted the words to get the answer he wanted. You really should know better than taking what a reported says at face value.
Woo-Wee!! That link has a links table that is the Who's Who of the looney left.
When did Bob Knight die?
