FReepers will be congregating at the exhibit hall at 3:00pm to set up the booth. After dinner we will meet again in one of the lounges at the Marriott across the street. We don't know yet which one will meet our demands, so you may have to scout around some. The facilities at the Trade Center appear to be lean and may be overtaxed with the number of people that will be there, if we can find a place to use for breaks, lunch, etc., we'll figure that out when we get there.
If you can't meet for the boothe set up or later Wed night, meet at the booth Thursday.!
Looking forward to meeting/seeing everyone again!

Thanks Bob! We've been looking for this info.
See you there. We all fly in on Wednesday afternoon, and we'll track y'all down in the exhibit hall.
Any talk there of the pending murder of Terri Schiavo in "Republican" Pinellas Co., FL?
see you there.
Taking classes now, cant afford the time off from studying!
There is always some stupid reason I cant go!
Snapping Turtle and I are all set and will be flying in Wednesday night. We will see everyone early on Thursday!
See ya Thursday. I take it the CPAC booth and the Marriott bars are the places to find the freepers :)
See you Wednesday afternoon.
I still have a room or two left at the bargain basement rate of $89 per night at the Washington Plaza -- about one mile from the RR bldg.
I also got a great rate for Friday night at the JW Marriott. It's just for the one night, but it's only $129 instead of the advertised rate of $209.
Anyone interested can FReepmail me for details. Monday night, I will be relinquishing the rooms.

A lot easier than saying it all.
Besides, it almost sounds threatening.
hehehe
Thanks, Bob. See you Wednesday.
For those who'd like to help get the displays set up at 3pm on Wednesday and hang out a bit, our booth number is 706.

Thanks for the info. This year's conference will be so different since for the first time it's not in a hotel. Does anyone know the distance from the JWM front door to the entrance of the Reagan Center? I assume it takes only a few minutes to get back and forth. They say the buildings are "across" from each other but sometimes those distances can be deceiving. I'm wondering if I will need a coat over my suit though the DC area forecast is for temps in the 40s during the day. I assume there's a coat check place in the conference center. In any case, they have a great program scheduled and I am looking forward to it.
First time for us too, guess we'll find out when we get there!
Getting in about 4:00 PM and will get there as soon as we can to register and lend a hand.
