I sent the following article to Soldier of Fortune Magazine it was sent to me by Freeper RedDaring. It is the famous 1987 article where Ward Churchill claims to have taught the Weathermen to build bombs. In the same story, Churchill claims that he worked for Soldier of Fortune Magazine and that the editor, Lt.Col. Robert K. Brown, USAR (Ret.) verified his military record.

This is the Colonels response:
Frank (Soliton): Thanks for forwarding this to me. I had not read this article and as for me checking that scumbag's military record, that's a lot of bullshit just like most off his claims.I had heard the question of the veracity of his military record has arisen and will follow up. Thanks again.
-- Lt.Col. Robert K. Brown, USAR (Ret.) Editor/Publisher Soldier of Fortune Magazine
good job - more lies exposed
the king of a house of cards
A liberal Democrat, of course.
Packed a lot into that succint reply, didn't he?
You had it right the first time. he's from the "Wannabe" tribe
Ya, next thing ya know Churchill will claim he was the inspiration for "Love Story," or he invented the internet.
You stole my line, Bommer! Very much a wannabe!
Noam Chomsky's hero.
"What the heck is this guy ?"
Why, he's a tenured professor, don'tcha know?
Certified smart, and unquestionably insane.
Now revealed, rebuked and reviled.
Will he become a darling martyr, or will this cheese stand alone?
time will tell.
SCUMBAG..like the colonel said.
cool......churchills covers aren't completely off yet.....lookee here....he was into trying to expose wannabe's in the past, and mentions Vietnam Veterans Against the War!
Happy hunting, SOF :)
"And this from Ward Churchill, Colorado AIM: "...it's not just that his name doesn't come up in any of the literature on Wounded Knee. I've queried Ron Rosen, who was in fact a medic at the Knee, and he doesn't remember Watson being there. Uncle Wallace [Black Elk] doesn't remember assigning any white guys to save a bunch of 'buffalo of the sea.' Neither Russ [Means] nor Aaron Two Elk recall Watson as having been there. Nobody recalls a naming ceremony being conducted for anyone, much less a white medic. Nobody remembers any white guys being naturalized as Oglala citizens, except the 7-member VVAW [Vietnam Veterans Against the War] contingent--White Bob, Hillbilly, et. al.--and Watson was definitely not one of them."

Next, he'll be telling us that he was on the same swiftboat in VN as John Kerry, and they both spent Christmas 1968 in Cambodia on a secret CIA mission for President Nixon.
Are the Wannabees any relation to the Fuggawee's
is this guy really a Vietnam Vet? an ex-LRRP ?
what proof is there of this?
Apparently he ain't much.
And now everybody knows it.
I haven't been keeping up with the Churchill story. It seems this guy lies about everything in his life.
It's amazing to me that so little reporting is being done on this story about a terrorist cell (Churchill and his cohorts in the administration) at a major university. The big news today in my local rag was the death of Arthur Miller.
