That is probably their plan. They have a mosque in the town I live close to and there are only 22K people who live there. Their main objective is to push Islam on Americans. As far as the witch, nothing would surprise me about her. She sold out America right along with Slick Willy, and she will do it again.

99.9% of Americans have no idea this was ever said by a standing president. It is a complete license for the religions of evolution, relativism, modernism, secularism, agnosticism, and most importantly - ISLAM.

Thankfully, our school dumped the Houghton Mifflin textbooks. I won't teach Islam either. Our public school has Christian prayer before eating foods prepared in Homemaking, so take that ACLU.
That is why the bombing of innocent Christians in Yugoslavia to protect the Moslem drug runners, of Albania, in Kosovo, was a crime and the world should have been outraged.

Much can be said about government regulations, restrictions and "guidelines" in public education. I prefer to call it government interference. As a public school teacher, I stated that I would refuse to teach a supplemental unit on the "civilization" of Islam, if it became part of our required curriculum. Thank goodness the supplemental unit never materialized.
Interesting comments. We can teach about Islam in a "cultural" unit (including OTHER cultures too). However, I haven't seen any real push to do so. I prefer to think of it sometimes as government interference too.

We still use them, but not really all that much--certainly nothing about Islam.
