At a hog processing plant to my north, an illegal was apprehended, stayed out of work a week, and went back in - hired by another "Sub". My brother asked him, "Didn't you work for 'XXXXX'? I was thinking more along the lines of Feds showing up and shutting the place down finding that this company was employing illegals.. But, I expect too much. I'm not looking for an easy way to excuse criminals or their pig bosses. Those the defend them care nothing for the rule of law that says, we have a process for coming here, respect it, and we will accept you into a lawful society providing you follow our laws. When employer and employee do not respect our laws, I don't really think anyone can scream abuse when the law was not important in the first place.
For what it's worth... boycott their meat... call supermarkets that it's carried and tell them that if employment laws are not followed how can one know if hygiene standards are followed...

With all the new sores with fibers, and odd illnesses popping up all over the country, we better think about who is handling our food.
