Unbelievable, why not just open the d**n borders to anyone who wants to come in. No, wait we've already done that. What is the purpose of ICE if not to arrest/ apprehend illegal border crossings and prosecute/ remove them from this country?
NO......citizens would probably get the 6 month jail sentence that our laws mandate for 'first time illegal border crossers'.
Sad to say that we have not learned our lesson yet. If another terrorist strike happens because we refused to protect our borders, George Bush can kiss his legacy goodbye. The liberals will see to that.
I just came up with a better idea, why not post the ICE employees on the other side of the border, have them escort the criminals/ terrorists into the country, then give them a hot meal, bus passes, etc. We can then charge the illegals like the coyotes do and all will be well... sheesh!
I will help the liberals see to that, should it happen.
This is a joke right? I think this is the most laughable example of failed law enforcement that I have ever been witness to. Enough is enough. Call your government officials and let them know how you really feel. Tired of having your security compromised and your tax-payer pocket picked? Then do something about it!

Short of that, drop them off and get the promise, but dip them in some of that indelible voting dye the Iraqis used so we can easily identify them until they do.

I say if they get 'caught' coming over, we still let them go if they are not criminals.
BUT.. we take COMPLETE Biometrics. Retinal scan, fingerprint, DNA, Thermal Image, Photo ID, AND Implant them with a GPS (that the US gov't will remove AT THE COURT HEARING)
IF they try to 'run' or not show up, or remove the chip, they get PERMANENTLY expeled from the US, with NO CHANCE of permanent citizenship EVER (and since we have complete biometirics, it will acutally be enforceable)
What a joke.
